Recording of Hours Worked. 29.1 Employees are required to sign on or key on when beginning work and to sign off or key off when leaving work. 29.2 The responsibility for accurate sign or key on/off rests with the employee concerned. The departmental supervisor or manager will correct inaccurate entries, after consultation with the employee concerned.

Recording of Hours Worked. To ensure that the compensation set forth above accounts for all hours worked, including Non-Active Time and rest breaks, Bargaining Unit Faculty members shall record all working time during the applicable pay period consistent with the College’s payroll practices and paid on the corresponding payroll date.

Recording of Hours Worked. Proper accounting of hours worked is the responsibility of each Employee. Time cards (and Electronic timesheets when implemented) must be recorded daily in each location. Under California law and federal audit guidelines, the information given must accurately reflect the hours worked by an Employee. Inaccurate time records may ultimately result in serious disciplinary action. When leaving the worksite for any non-­‐work related reasons longer than a ten minute break you must clock out and then back in upon your return. For all other time-­‐off requests and usage, a Personnel Action Form (PAF) must be completed and turned in to your supervisor.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week for full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours, exclusive of the time allotted for meal periods, consisting of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The week shall commence with the shift that includes 12:01 A.M. Sunday of each calendar week and end at the start of the shift that includes 12:00 midnight the following Saturday. The Employer retains the right to modify the work schedules to meet operational needs.

  • Spread of Hours The ordinary hours of work prescribed in this agreement shall be between the hours of 6.00 am and 6.00 pm on any day or all of the days of the week, Monday to Friday. The spread of hours may be varied by mutual agreement between the parties to meet specific needs of the Company or employees.

  • Payment for Material Completion The Contractor may request payment of the remaining contract balance, including retainage, less amounts credited the Owner or incurred as liquidated damages, and less amounts withheld for the Punchlist by reason of Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work (See Paragraph 6.5.3.2). Payment for Material Completion shall be made by a check payable jointly to the Contractor and Surety and shall be mailed to the Surety.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Holidays Worked When an employee works on a calendar holiday, he/she shall receive payment of the holiday at the regular rate and in addition, at the discretion of the Employer, (1) be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours actually worked on the holiday or (2) be given compensatory time off equal to one and one half the number of hours actually worked.
