Recording of Hours Worked. Proper accounting of hours worked is the responsibility of each Employee. Time cards (and Electronic timesheets when implemented) must be recorded daily in each location. Employees must report their exact starting time; time off for lunch; time back from lunch; and the time the Employee stops work. Under California law and federal audit guidelines, the information given must accurately reflect the hours worked by an Employee. Inaccurate time records may ultimately result in serious disciplinary action. When leaving the worksite for any non-­‐work related reasons longer than a ten minute break you must clock out and then back in upon your return. For all other time-­‐off requests and usage, a Personnel Action Form (PAF) must be completed and turned in to your supervisor.
Recording of Hours Worked. To ensure that the compensation set forth above accounts for all hours worked, including Non-Active Time and rest breaks, Bargaining Unit Faculty members shall record all working time during the applicable pay period consistent with the College’s payroll practices and paid on the corresponding payroll date.
