REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION. 3. (a) The Owner shall, prior to the execution of this Agreement by the Owner, provide the Municipality with a current letter, directed to the Municipality and signed by an Ontario Solicitor in good standing, certifying that the Owner is the sole owner of the Subject Lands.

Operating ZoneInterchange Equipment Operators and SPP shall each comply with the applicable ERONERC and applicable RRO registration and certification requirements related to the BA functions consistent with the tasks and responsibilities assigned under this Agreement.

(a) In the event that Sales Agent chooses to market the CannAvenue Services under Sales Agent’s own company name or brand, Sales Agent will request that CannAvenue provide access to and assistance with registration, the whole at Sales Agent’s sole expense. Sales Agent acknowledges that authorization for registration with Visa or MasterCard is at the discretion of CannAvenue’s vendors. Sales Agent agrees that CannAvenue is not responsible for Sales Agent’s acceptability for registration with Visa or MasterCard and that CannAvenue will only act as a conduit to assist Sales Agent in said registration process. In the event that Sales Agent’s application for registration status is denied, Sales Agent acknowledges that this Agreement shall remain valid. If the Sales Agent does obtain registration status, Sales Agent shall maintain all certification, registration and related requirements (the "Registrations") required by the Card Brands and will provide CannAvenue, upon its request, with the information and documentation related to these Registrations. All costs, fees, charges, assessments, fines and other financial commitments related to such Registrations shall be the responsibility of the Sales Agent (b) Sales Agent agrees and understands that in the event Sales Agent does not become a registered, Sales Agent MUST market all CannAvenue Services under one of CannAvenue’s brand names. In such case, Sales Agent shall answer all phones and present business cards, letterhead, brochures, marketing materials and its website with one of the names owned by CannAvenue. (c) Sales Agent shall not alter any merchant application or agreement, including, removing any logos or identifying information. (d) Sales Agent shall ensure that any entity hired by Sales Agent to perform sales for Sales Agent shall execute documents and become registered representatives of CannAvenue prior to marketing CannAvenue Services. (e). The Sales Agent also represents and warrants that all software developed by the Sales Agent or a third party on behalf of the Sales Agent that stores, transmits or processes credit card holder data has received PA-DSS Certification or such other required certification as CannAvenue may advise from time to time.

Where the specimen is of a population for which takings and trade are legal but controlled, the enforcing agency may find it difficult to prove that the species was illegally taken unless the provisions limiting the taking of species require specific permitting as well as the identification and documentation of quotas and allowable takes. Where it is not possible to require such documentation of all legal takings, enforcement may lead to inconsistent results, or may only be effective where the enforcing officer has evidence of the original illegal taking (usually this will be eyewitness testimony).

Ensure that national legislation requires certification or permits for import, export, possession, sale and other use of or trade in Column A and B populations for which regulations on taking are in place. Ensure that national legislation provides for processes for permitting or certifying birds, eggs and their products at the point of taking, trade, processing or other use. Ensure that such processes require verification of the legality of the original taking.
REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION. I submit the information herein to confirm my identity if a health care provider requests a copy of my advance directive. I certify that this information is correct, and that the attached advance directive is my currently effective advance directive, which was properly executed in accordance with the laws of the state where it was executed. If the attached advance directive is a copy, I certify that it is a true and correct copy of the original document. I agree to immediately notify the Registry, in writing, at the Registry’s address listed above, in the event of my revocation of this Registration, or if the attached advance directive or the identifying information herein are changed in any way. I agree immediately to provide the Registry with a copy of new/changed documents. I will indemnify and hold the Registry harmless for any damages resulting from the Registry’s reliance on these certifications, or on any inaccurate information I supplied. If I don’t notify the Registry in writing and in a timely manner of any changes, the Registry will not be liable for any damages resulting from the transmission of the documents on file to any health care provider.
REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION. The employer shall reimburse the cost of initial teacher registration and the successful renewal of the practicing certificate for teachers employed at the centre.
REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION. SPP shall be the SPP BA. The SPP BA will comply with the ERO’s applicable BA registration and certification requirements. SPP BA Participants shall support those functions consistent with the tasks and responsibilities assigned under this Agreement.
