Regular Deduction. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of the total dues from the regular salary check of the employee each month for ten (10) months, beginning with the October 31st salary check and ending with the July 31st salary check each year. Employees beginning employment after October 15 shall have the total dues pro-rated on the basis of the remaining months of employment.
Regular Deduction. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board shall deduct one-twelfth (1/12) of total professional dues from the regular salary check of the employee each month for twelve
Regular Deduction. Definition of “Dues” will be limited to Association member’s fee for being a member of the Association. The District will not be responsible for collection initiation fees, special assessments, back dues, fines or similar items. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the District shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of total dues from the regular salary check of the employee each month for ten (10) months, beginning in October and ending in July of each year. This authorization shall be in the Board Secretary’s office by October 1. In the event an employee terminates employment prior to July, the District shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of the total dues from the last salary check of the employee. Thereafter, the District shall not be responsible for dues deductions in regard to the terminated employee. An employee leaving employment at the end of the school year and electing to receive their June, July and August checks at that time shall have dues deducted from the June and July checks. Employees who begin dues deduction after October shall have the total dues pro-rated on the basis of the remaining months of employment through August.

Pursuant to the above authorization, the school district shall deduct the amount described therein from all paychecks commencing thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of such authorization, but no earlier than the first paycheck in October and no later than the final paycheck in June. The school district shall not be required to vary the amount of deduction from one pay date to another.

Regular Deduction. Upon receipt of an appropriate written authorization by the Employee, the Employer will begin deductions on the first following payroll period, and deductions will be made on a bi-monthly basis for no longer than the term of this Agreement. The amount of the deduction will be determined by the Union annually and the Employer will implement said change within thirty (30) calendar days from notification. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit contributions to SEIU COPE each pay period from the wages of those Employees who voluntarily authorize such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by SEIU Local 199. Those transmittals shall occur each payroll period and shall be accompanied by a list of names of those employees for whom such deductions have been made and the amount deducted for each such Employee.
Regular Deduction. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board Secretary shall deduct a set amount from the regular salary check of the employee each month for eight (8) months beginning in October and ending in May of each year.
Regular Deduction. Pursuant to the deduction authorization submitted as provided in the preceding section, the District shall deduct an equal amount of dues from each salary check of the employee each month and shall indicate AFSCME on the employee’s check stub. Such authorization shall be terminable with written notice to the Employer and the Union between September 1st and September 15th of each year.
Regular Deduction. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board shall deduct Association dues from the regular salary check of the employee in eighteen (18) equal installments, beginning in the first regular payroll period. Dues shall not include back dues, initiation fees, special assessment fines, PAC payments, etc.
