Relationship to Collective Bargaining Agreement. All Provisions of this collective bargaining agreement pertain to Early Childhood Family Education teachers except for the following: Subd. 1 Article III (Teacher and Association Rights), Section D (Teacher Contract). Subd. 2 Article III (Teacher and Association Rights), Section K (Payment of Salary). The District will continue its current practice of salary payment to Early Childhood Family Education Teachers, with each paycheck reflecting hours worked during the previous pay period. If the District determines any changes necessary during the period of this contract the District agrees to first meet and confer with the Association.

Relationship to Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Board and the Association agrees to the following: The staff working at the Middle School will follow the Middle School calendar for professional development days, student days and the length of the instructional day. Any additional days or additional time will be paid at the staff member’s regular rate of pay. Support needed during the 10 days of summer school will be posted for interested parties to apply. Current staff will be considered first, but the building administrator will have the right to employ. The summer school rate of pay will be paid at the staff member’s regular rate of pay. It is recognized and acknowledged that the above provisions have application to only the Waverly Middle School during the term of the approved transformation redesign plan which is to become effective at the commencement of the 2011-2012 school year. These provisions and modifications shall remain in effect for the duration of that plan. Relationship to Collective Bargaining Agreement. In the event a decision is reached by the Labor/Management Committee to recommend adjustment of any provision contained in this Agreement, said recommendation shall not become effective until approved by the Union Representative and the Regional Chief of Operations/designee.
