Relief Pay a) When an employee is temporarily transferred to a higher-rated classification for more than one (1) hour, they shall be paid the higher rate nearest their present classification rate retroactive to the first hour worked in such higher classification.
b) Where the Employer temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities of a classification outside the Bargaining Unit for a period in excess of one (1) hour, the employee shall receive an allowance of $3.00 for each shift from the time of the assignment.
Relief Pay. When an employee is assigned to relieve in a position of higher wages, within the Bargaining Unit for more than four (4) consecutive working hours, or three and one-half (3 ½) consecutive working hours for Schedule “A” employees, such employee shall receive the higher rate in the relief position that is closest to his present rate. The relief rate will be retro-active to the first hour.
Relief Pay. 22.01 When an employee is assigned to perform the duties of a higher classification (Union or Management position) for a period of four (4) hours or more, he/she shall receive seven percent (7%) of his/her current rate.
22.02 When an employee is assigned to perform the duties of a higher classification (Union or Management position) for a period of four (4) hours or more, he/she shall receive seven percent (7%) and ten percent (10%) when relieving in a Director position of his/her current rate. This article does not apply to Customer Service Representatives on the EBT Desk.
Relief Pay. An employee who is assigned to perform the major duties and responsibilities of a higher rated position in the bargaining unit for a period of one hour or more shall be paid the rate that applies to the higher position for the time spent in the position. The higher rated pay (relief pay) is processed when the employee chooses to be paid. If the employee chooses to bank the time, it will be paid at the prevailing rate.
Relief Pay. When an employee relieves in or performs the duty of an existing higher paying position, the employees shall receive the higher rate of pay of the position occupied.
Relief Pay. (a) Lead Hand rate will be paid to an employee who has been assigned by the Corporation having charge of a crew consisting of three (3) or more workers and the Lead Hand is considered to be one of those workers.
(b) When any employee covered under this Agreement is required to fill a non-union supervisory position on a temporary basis due to an employee being sick or on vacation, etc., the employee filling his job shall be paid 105% of the Lead Hand Rate.
Relief Pay. (a) When an employee is assigned by the Employer to a higher rate Bargaining Unit position for three (3) consecutive shifts or more, they shall be paid the job rate for the full period of shift.
(b) When an employee is assigned by the Employer to perform the duties of a supervisory or managerial position outside the Bargaining Unit, for five (5) consecutive shifts or more, they shall be paid an additional two dollars ($2.00) per hour for the full period of the time worked in the Relief position.
Relief Pay. (a) Xxxxxxx rate will be paid to an employee who has been assigned by the company having charge of a crew consisting of three (3) or more workers and the Xxxxxxx is considered to be one of those workers.
(b) When any employee covered under this Agreement is required to fill a non-union supervisory position on a temporary basis due to an employee being sick or on vacation, etc., the employee filling his job shall be paid the lesser of:
i.) the rate for the position being relieved: or
ii.) the fifteen percent (15%) above his own rate; all other provisions of the Agreement applying.
Relief Pay. 12.01 When an employee is temporarily assigned to a position of higher rating, the employee shall receive the rate in the salary range, which is higher than the employee's previous rate for the position in which the employee is assigned for the full period of the assignment.
12.02 When an employee is temporarily assigned to a position of lower rating, he shall maintain his regular rate of pay while so assigned.
12.03 Where an employee is temporarily assigned to a non-union position, he shall receive an additional ten percent (10%) of his own hourly rate plus the following, when on call:
1) One (1) hour's pay at one hundred and ten percent (110%) of his basic rate for each day on call from MONDAY to FRIDAY.
2) Two and one-half (2½) hours' pay at one hundred and ten percent (110%) of his basic rate of pay for each day on call for SATURDAY and SUNDAY and paid holidays as outlined in 13.02. ARTICLE 13 PAID HOLIDAYS
Relief Pay. 24.01 When an employee is required by the employer to temporarily assume the job and its responsibilities in a higher classification in the bargaining the employee shall receive the job rate during such temporary employment.
24.02 Part-time employees will be paid ninety percent (90%) of the starting rate for the job in which they are relieving until thirty days (30) employment. After this period they will receive the starting rate for the classification.
24.03 When it becomes necessary to have a temporary xxxxxxx due to illness, injury, vacation, or leave of absence, the position will be offered to Lineman on a rotating basis, subject to the following:
(a) If the relief period is known to be longer than three (3) weeks at any one time, the position will be filled in accordance with Clause 18.01.
