Warranty Parts. If the Dell telephone technician determines that your System needs a replacement part, you authorize the on-site technician to act as your service agent to handle the delivery and return of the warranty parts necessary to render on-site repairs. You may incur a charge if you fail to allow the on-site technician to return non-working/unused units/warranty parts to Dell. If the replacement unit is not delivered in person by an on-site service technician, then you may incur a charge from Dell if you fail to return the non-working/unused unit/warranty parts to Dell within the ten (10) days return period. Replacement parts may be reconditioned or refurbished where permitted by local laws and are replaced on the basis of specification and not on brand and model.

Shipment. In the case of replacement units/warranty parts, you will take delivery from Dell at Dell’s distribution center. You authorize BancTec to act as your agent to handle the delivery and return of non-working/unused units/warranty parts to Dell. Payment Terms. All invoices are payable upon receipt. If payment is not received by BancTec within ten (10) days you will pay an additional fee of 1.5% per month. Transfer of this Agreement. Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, you may transfer this Agreement to anyone who buys your entire System before the Termination Date specified on your invoice, provided you are the original purchaser of the System and this Agreement, or you have purchased the System and this Agreement from its original owner (or a previous transferee) and have complied with all the transfer rules in this Agreement. Please note that if you move your System to a geographic location in which the Service coverage is not available at the same price as you paid for this Agreement, you may incur an additional charge to maintain the same categories of Service coverage at the new location. If you choose not to pay such additional charge, your Service may be automatically changed to categories of Service that are available at such price or a lesser price in such new location with no refund available. Additionally, if (i) you transfer your Agreement to a buyer who will move the System to a geographic location in which the Service coverage is not available at the same price as you paid for this Agreement, or

You may incur a charge if you fail to allow the Dell technician to return non-working/unused units/warranty parts to Dell. If you fail to return the non- working/unused unit/warranty parts to Dell within the ten (10) days return period, You will be invoiced for the fair market cost of the part. Replacement parts may be reconditioned or refurbished where permitted by local laws and are replaced on the basis of specification and not on brand and model.

If the telephone technician determines that Your System needs a replacement part, a part will be dispatched pursuant to Dell’s Limited Hardware Warranty following completion of the diagnosis or troubleshooting. You authorize the Servicer to act as Your service agent to handle the delivery and return of the Dell Limited Hardware Warranty parts necessary to render In-Home repairs. You may incur a charge if You fail to allow the Servicer to return non-working/unused units or warranty part(s) to Dell. If the replacement unit is not delivered in person by the Servicer, You may then incur a charge from Dell if You fail to return the non- working/unused units or warranty part(s) to Dell within the ten (10) day return period.

You may incur a charge if you fail to allow BTPM to return nonworking/unused units/warranty parts to Dell. If the replacement unit is not delivered in person by a service technician, you may incur a charge from Dell if you fail to return the non-working/unused units/warranty parts to Dell within the ten (10) day period.
Warranty Parts. All warranty replacement parts will be provided by the OEM. Non Warranty Parts: Insight can order Non warranty parts as requested by Client as part of its Resale and Fulfillment function. All parts will be quoted and an appropriate Purchasing Instrument will be executed prior to ordering and or shipping the part to the site.

Warranty Parts. Parts that are supplied to repair equipment under the manufacturer’s warranty as long as the manufacturer’s warranty is in effect will be supplied at no cost. If the cost of repair is more than the cost of new lawn equipment, repair will not be performed under this Agreement.

You may incur a charge if you fail to return non- working, unused or warranty parts to ServiceConnection. If the replacement unit is not delivered in person by a service technician, you may incur a charge from ServiceConnection if you fail to return the non- working, unused or warranty parts to ServiceConnection within a five (5) calendar day period. Please refer to your Service Plan or Schedule I for specific hardware/software contract limitations.
