Repair/Replacement. (i) Sikorsky shall be obligated under this warranty to the repair or replacement of the defective item with a new, overhauled or serviceable replacement item during the applicable term of the warranty. The decision to repair or replace the defective item is solely at the discretion of Sikorsky.

All maintenance and repair of Equipment shall be performed by us or our designee(s). Green Hills may charge you for any repairs that are necessitated by any damage to, or misuse of, the Equipment.
Repair/Replacement. 1. The Vendor shall initiate response within four (4) business hours and provide incident resolution by the close of the next business day.
