Repair/Replacement. (i) Sikorsky shall be obligated under this warranty to the repair or replacement of the defective item with a new, overhauled or serviceable replacement item during the applicable term of the warranty. Repair/Replacement. The Employer shall repair or replace all required equipment items required by the Employer which are excessively worn or rendered inoperable not due to negligence on the part of the member. Members are responsible for the repair or replacement of excessively worn, lost, damaged, or inoperable equipment which is due to negligence on the part of the member.
Repair/Replacement. During your Minimum Service Term, ViaSat will repair or replace defective Equipment returned to ViaSat's designated address. For the first 90 days after activation of your Internet Service, coverage includes any applicable labor charges for service calls. After the first 90 days, a $14.95 shipping charge applies to Equipment replaced by mail, and a $95.00 service charge applies for Equipment replaced with a service call. Repair/Replacement. In case of theft, a police report MUST be filed prior to a new device being issued. • Intentional damage or damage caused by gross negligence is not covered by the District and the parent/student will be responsible for repairs. • Loss or replacement of ancillary items are the responsibility of the parent/student. • The full replacement cost of device must be paid to replace the device if the device is lost or damaged beyond repair. Passing notes, looking at magazines, games, and other off-task behavior that disrupts instruction. Missing mobile devices, missing case. No binder, missing supplies. Cyber-bullying on or off District property. Bullying, harassment. Damaging, defacing, or endangering equipment. Vandalism, property damage. Using profanity, obscenity, racist terms, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by campus personnel. Inappropriate language. Accessing pornographic material, inappropriate files, or files dangerous to the integrity of the network. Bringing pornographic or other inappropriate content to school in print form. Using electronic resources account authorized for another person. Breaking into someone else's locker. Use of technology to create, copy, distribute, or make available unauthorized educational materials. Cheating.
Repair/Replacement. 1. The Vendor shall initiate response within four (4) business hours and provide incident resolution by the close of the next business day.
2. The Vendor shall be provided access to the customer’s building where the equipment is located as required to fulfill the service request.
3. The Vendor shall coordinate change management activity with the customer utilizing the customers change process. This includes but is not limited to Firmware and host Operating System updates (including emergency releases).
4. The Vendor shall support and accommodate new releases of server host operating system within 9 months of Release to Manufacturer (RTM) release.
Repair/Replacement. During your Minimum Service Term, C.R.S.T. Telephone Authority will repair or replace defective Equipment returned to C.R.S.T.
