Repair/Replacement. (i) Sikorsky shall be obligated under this warranty to the repair or replacement of the defective item with a new, overhauled or serviceable replacement item during the applicable term of the warranty. Repair/Replacement. The Employer shall repair or replace all required equipment items required by the Employer which are excessively worn or rendered inoperable not due to negligence on the part of the member. Members are responsible for the repair or replacement of excessively worn, lost, damaged, or inoperable equipment which is due to negligence on the part of the member.

For the first 90 days after activation of your Internet Service, coverage includes any applicable labor charges for service calls. As a part of your Rental and Protection Plan monthly fee Northland will repair or replace defective Equipment on site or, at our discretion, having you return the equipment to Northland Connect’s designated address. All maintenance and repair of Equipment shall be performed by us or our designee(s). Northland Connect may charge you for any repairs that are necessitated by any damage to, or misuse of, the Equipment.
Repair/Replacement. Tenants are specifically responsible for costs of repairs and service charges resulting from negligent use of any appliance or fixture provided by Owner or any heating, plumbing, or mechanical equipment provided to the Tenants or stored on the premises. If any damage to the premises or equipment therein is caused by the misuse of the Tenants, dependents, or guests, the Owner may, at their option, repair or pay for the repair and the Tenants shall reimburse the Owner for the total costs of repairs or replacement. Resident may not remodel or paint or structurally change, nor remove any fixture therein without written consent by the Owner.
Repair/Replacement. If any Products are defective in ------------------ materials or workmanship, or do not conform to specifications, BUYER or BUYER's customers shall have the right to return them to SELLER. The defective Products will be returned, with a description of the failure, freight prepaid. The defective Products will either be repaired or replaced at SELLER's option and at no charge to BUYER or BUYER's customer, within ten (10) working days of receipt, and returned freight prepaid to BUYER or BUYER's customer as directed by BUYER. SELLER shall notify BUYER if the Product will be replaced. In the event that the same unit of Product CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT is sent to SELLER for repair more than once due to the same mode of failure, then SELLER must replace the unit or defective components with new Product.
