REPRESENTATION COMMITTEES. C-1 Nurse representatives There shall be five (5) nurse representatives including the Bargaining Unit President, one from each unit and one part-time member. The Union will provide the employer in writing with the names of the representatives and the areas they represent. It is understood that there shall be no more than one (1) nurse representative from any one area. The only exception may be in those areas which have a part time nurse representative.
