Representative’s Access. Owner, Owner’s Representatives, and any Other Owner-Authorized Party, and their agents, employees and invitees, shall at all reasonable times have access to the Work wherever and whenever it is in preparation and progress provided said access shall not unduly interfere with the Work. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Owner, Owner’s Representatives, and any Other Owner-Authorized Party shall have the right to videotape, photograph, copy or otherwise record the activities and the Work. The presence of Owner, Owner’s Representatives, and any Other Owner-Authorized Party shall not relieve Contractor of the responsibility for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, and Owner, Owner’s Representative or Other Owner-Authorized Party will not be responsible for the acts and omission of Contractor or Subcontractors.

Representative’s Access. All Personnel who require access to the vital areas of the Site are required to pass the general employee training (G.E.T.), fitness for duty and background screening before being granted unescorted access. Southern Nuclear will not reimburse to Contractor any cost incurred by Contractor (e.g., wages, per diem, travel expense) for Personnel who fail to report to work after completion of all test requirements, choose not to complete, or fail to pass the above prequalification.

  • Representative Access (A) The state agrees that designated Union Representatives shall have access to state controlled premises where employees are employed. (B) If any area of the state’s premises is otherwise restricted to the public, permission must be requested to enter such area and such permission shall not be unreasonably denied. Access shall be during the regular working hours of the employee and only for the purpose of investigating an employee’s grievance.
