Business Automobile Liability Insurance Coverage will be provided for all owned, hired and non‐owned vehicles. Coverage shall be provided on a form no more restrictive than ISO Form CA 00 01. The minimum limits of insurance (inclusive of any amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy) covering the work performed pursuant to this Supplemental Contract will be: Each Occurrence – Bodily Injury and Property Damage combined $1,000,000 X. Xxxxxx of Subrogation Company, for itself and on behalf of its insurers, to the full extent permitted by law without voiding the insurance required by the Supplemental Contract, waives all rights against Authority, members of Authority governing body and Authority officers, volunteers and employees, for damages or loss to the extent covered and paid for by any insurance maintained by Company, except to the extent such damages or losses are the result of the willful misconduct of the Authority, members of the Authority governing body and Authority officers, subject to statutory limits applicable to the Authority. With regard to workers’ compensation claims for Company’s employees, Company agrees to waive its subrogation rights.

B. Professional Liability Insurance Such insurance will be provided on a form acceptable to Client and maintained throughout this Agreement and for three years following completion of this Agreement. Coverage will include all work of TriTech without exclusions unless approved in writing by Client. The limits of coverage will not be less than:
C. Cyber Liability & Data Storage TriTech shall purchase and maintain, throughout the life of this Agreement, Cyber Liability Insurance which will be used for damages resulting from any claim arising out of network security breaches and unauthorized disclosure or use of information. Such Cyber Liability coverage shall also include coverage for “Event Management,” including, but not limited to, costs and expenses relating to notifying effected customers/users of security breach, providing credit monitoring services, computer forensics costs, and public relations expenses, resulting from a breach of security or other compromising release of private data. The minimum limits of liability shall be: Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Annual Aggregate $1,000,000 Event Management Expenses $1,000,000 Such Cyber Liability coverage must be provided on an Occurrence Form or, if on a Claims Made Form, the retroactive date must be no later than the first date of services provided and such claims-made coverage must respond to all claims reported within three years following the period for which coverage is required and which would have been covered had the coverage been on an occurrence basis.

Required Coverage – Minimum Limits. General Liability (primary and excess limits combined) Minimum coverage $1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate. Includes coverage for bodily injury, personal injury, property damage and products and completed operations. The policy shall not exclude coverage for XCU perils (explosion, collapse, or damage to underground property). If the policy includes a general aggregate, either the general aggregate shall apply separately to this project, service or location or the minimum required aggregate limit shall be twice the per occurrence limit. Policy shall be endorsed to name the City of Vacaville AND/OR SUCCESSOR AGENCY as an additional insured per the conditions detailed below. Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability (if contractor has employees) Statutory limits as required by the State of California including $1,000,000 Employers’ Liability per accident, per employee for bodily injury or disease. If CONTRACTOR is self-insured, provide a certificate of Permission to Self-Insure, signed by the California Department of Industrial Relations and Self- Insurance.
