REQUIRED PARKING. 9.1 Tenant agrees that it shall (together with tenants under Other Leases) provide patrons of the Coliseum access to and use, at market rates, of a minimum of 6,500 parking spaces on the Land (or such lesser amount as Landlord and Tenant may mutually agree upon) and/or land leased under Other Leases, which parking spaces may be surface parking spaces, parking spaces located within building structures or any combination thereof (the "Required Parking"), during all events at the Coliseum (if any); provided, however, that the Required Parking shall be reduced on a one to one basis in the event of and to the extent of any Taking of all or any portion of the Required Parking. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Tenant shall (together with tenants under Other Leases) provide at least two thousand (2,000) parking spaces on the Land and/or land leased under Other Leases at a rate not to exceed Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per space per event, subject to annual increases (rounded upward to the nearest whole dollar) based on increases in the CPI Index (the "Reduced Rate Parking").
REQUIRED PARKING. A minimum of 2 spaces per dwelling unit shall be provided. The driveway width shall be subject to the Bylaw S-000, Xxxxxx Bylaw, and shall extend to provide sufficient depth for 2 parking spaces on the lot (a garage shall be considered to provide one space). Where on-street parking is not to be provided, 3 parking spaces per dwelling shall be provided. The additional space may be provided on the lot, or in a common off-street visitor parking area which shall be maintained by the Developer pursuant to Section 2.8.
REQUIRED PARKING. Parking for 290 cars (including six handicap spaces) will be provided. Approximately 1.18 acres adjacent to the north boundary of the site(as shown on the approved site plan) will be reserved, as provided in the lease, to accommodate an additional eighty (80) parking spaces. Forty (40) parking spaces in excess of the additional eighty spaces are also available on the adjacent site to the west. All additional parking in excess of the 290 spaces will be funded by the LESSEE in accordance with the Lease. XXXXX CONTRACTORS, INC. BUSINESS PARTNER SOLUTIONS, INC. EXHIBIT G JANUARY 30, 1998 Parking spaces will be sized at 9' wide by 18' deep. All asphaltic parking areas will be bound with six (6) inch concrete curbing, and will include all paint striping and handicap signage required for such spaces.
REQUIRED PARKING. Parking requirements shall be set forth for townhomes and condominiums in the medium density area.
REQUIRED PARKING. Single family detached or attached residences shall provide a minimum of two (2) covered parking spaces per dwelling unit. Townhouses, apartments and condominiums shall require a minimum of:
a. one space per one bedroom dwelling unit
b. two spaces per two bedroom dwelling unit
c. two spaces per dwelling unit with three or more bedrooms d. one space for every seven (7) dwelling units for guest parking e. at least one covered parking space must be provided for each dwelling unit
REQUIRED PARKING. The following off-street parking requirements apply to uses in the regulating districts as shown in Table 6. i. Market-rate residential suite parking may be reduced to 0.5/suite if the following transportation demand management strategies are implemented in addition to the required transportation demand management strategies identified in KZC 57.25.07:
a. Provide a bus pass or equivalent alternative transportation mode subsidies for tenants who do not have cars.
b. Include lease provisions and monitoring requirements for the property owner to ensure that tenants are not parking off site to avoid parking charges.
REQUIRED PARKING.
9.1 Tenant shall, as part of the construction of the Coliseum Plaza Improvements, ensure that the same comply with all parking requirements applicable thereto under the Approvals and Legal Requirements.
REQUIRED PARKING. This vacation rental must provide at least one (1) off-street parking spaces.
REQUIRED PARKING. A minimum of two covered, directly accessible parking spaces shall be provided per dwelling unit.
REQUIRED PARKING. 1.25 parking spaces per unit shall be provided, plus one visitor space per ten units. Parking may be provided in the side or rear yard, provided that the parking area is located no closer than 15 feet from any lot line, and that the parking area is screened using either landscaping or fencing or a combination thereof, from the ground floor view of any abutting single unit dwelling or townhouse.
