Requirement to Post. (a) When a new job classification in the bargaining unit is added or additional employees are required in any job classification above entry level, the Company will post a notice of the vacancy for a period of seven (7) working days on bulletin boards.

The Board shall post all positions replacing regular teachers who have been approved for a leave of absence that would normally be filled with a Long Term Occasional teacher. When a vacancy as described in Article arises, a notice of the vacancy shall normally be posted for at least five (5) days. Notice of all Long Term Occasional teacher vacancies shall be forwarded to the Bargaining Unit President.

  • Requirement to Have a Single Audit The Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report is required. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.

  • Requirement to Work Reasonable Overtime The Employer may require any Employee to work reasonable overtime at overtime rates and such Employee shall work overtime in accordance with such requirement.

  • Requirement In order to receive the “In-Lieu-of Dual Medical Coverage” stipend, one of the enrolled employees must waive medical coverage by completing a San Diego Community College District Waiver Form. This waiver may be voluntarily rescinded during open enrollment each year, and will automatically rescind if the covered employee loses coverage due to resignation, retirement, layoff, reduction in hours, or any change in dependent status. In the event of rescission, District coverage will begin for the dependent of the covered employee effective on the effective date of the rescission (no lapse in coverage).
