Common use of Reservist Leave Clause in Contracts

Reservist Leave. A teacher who has completed twenty-six (26) weeks of continuous service may apply for a leave of absence as a Reservist and be granted a leave pursuant to Article 14.2 and in accordance with the Employment Standards Code. Consideration may be given to teachers with less than twenty-six (26) weeks of continuous service.
