WAIVER OF TUITION FEES. 29.1 All full-time members of the instructional staff in this unit shall be granted a waiver of tuition fees for undergraduate credit-bearing courses offered by the University during the fall and spring semesters in accordance with the procedures for the waiver of undergraduate tuition fees for other groups of employees.

Attendance at on-line courses shall be outside the employee’s normal hours of work.   • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. ASF Members shall be entitled to enrollment, on a space available basis, in courses at any Minnesota State state university without payment of tuition or fees, except laboratory fees and special course fees. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Admin Fees 5.5.1 If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph 5.5.2 below) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.
