Reservist Leave. An Employee who has completed 26 weeks of employment as is required by military authorities to attend training or perform military services shall be granted leave without pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Code and applicable federal legislation, which includes: (a) Up to 20 days per year for required annual training; (b) Expeditionary or domestic deployments to a Canadian Armed Forces operation; and (c) Calls to the aid of the civil power for domestic duties as ordered by the Minister-in-Council.
