Residential Work. (a) Residential Rates shall apply to residential wood frame structures, defined as single family residences in residential tracts, condominiums, town houses, cluster homes and apartments which have a maximum of four stories or three stories over parking, that are designed for owner or tenant occupancy. Residential rates shall not apply to custom homes.
(b) Effective July 1, 2017, on residential work, the base hourly rate of wages for Journeyperson Plasterers shall be thirty dollars and five cents ($33.82
(c) The following negotiated hourly increases will take effect on July 1, 2017 two-dollars and eighty five cents ($2.85) July 1, 2018 two-dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75), July 1, 2019 two-dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) July 1, 2020 two-dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75)
Residential Work. Residential work shall include single-family residential units, duplexes, condominiums, town-houses or apartment projects not to exceed three (3) stories in height. See Michigan National Residential Agreement and Schedule A for additional information.
Residential Work. Residential work is made a part of this Agreement. All work in connection with the instal- lation and maintenance of fire protection systems for residences shall be covered by Article
Residential Work. This agreement may be opened, at the discretion of either party, to discuss items of concern.
Residential Work. There shall be a committee of equal numbers appointed by the President of the Contractors Association and the Business Manager of UA Local 190 within thirty (30) days of the signing of this agreement to address the needs of Residential Construction.
Residential Work. This supplemental agreement hereby incorporates by reference all other provisions of the Master Agreement negotiated between the Contractors and UA Local 190 and entered into on the first day of June 2020. This supplemental agreement expressly incorporates by reference Articles I through XXI of the Master Agreement.
Residential Work. The provisions of the Master Labor Agreement apply except as modified by this Appendix A.
Residential Work. The Term “Residential Work” is defined as painting or wallcovering of single family houses or attached single family units and condominiums which is not covered under a building trades project labor agreement, or required to pay prevailing painters’ rates pursuant to Xxxxx-Xxxxx. The terms and conditions for this work are covered under a separate Residential Market Recovery Agreement.
Residential Work. Residential Rate: The total wage and fringe package for a Residential Painter and Drywall Finisher will be 70% of the total wage and fringe package for Area I Brush & Roller. Residential wages and fringes shall be as follows: Wage Rate: $21.10 per hour Pension 4.79 per hour H/W 7,10 per hour Apprentice: .51 per hour FTI: .10 per hour LMP: .10 per hour STAR: .05 per hour Market Recovery .54 per hour Total W/F: $34.29 per hour* *Additionally, twenty-seven cents ($.27) per hour shall be remitted to the Builders’ Association Painters’ Agreement Industry Advancement Fund for Residential Work. (The wage and fringe benefit amounts listed above reflect the April 1, 2019 total wage and fringe package increase of sixty-three cents ($.63) per hour, with thirteen cents ($.13) allocated to wages, and fifty cents ($.50) allocated to the District Council 3 Health & Welfare Fund.) Effective April 1, 2020, an increase of sixty-three cents ($.63) per hour shall be added to the Residential wage and fringe package as agreed to and allocated by the Union and the Association. In addition, effective April 1, 2020, for Residential Work, one cent ($.01) per hour will be added to the Industry Advancement Fund. Effective April 1, 2021 , an increase of seventy cents ($.70) per hour shall be added to the Residential wage and fringe package as agreed to and allocated by the Union and the Association. In addition, effective April 1 , 2021 , for Residential Work, one cent ($.01) per hour will be added to the Industry Advancement Fund.
Residential Work. SECTION 1. Residential Work shall be defined as any single family residence, single family remodel, all repair and maintenance of single family residence.
SECTION 2. The above Section shall not apply to duplexes, condominiums, public projects, commercial projects or industrial projects.
SECTION 3. On Residential Work, a 2nd Year Apprentice, 3rd Year Apprentice, 4th Year Apprentice or 5th year Apprentice shall be permitted to work alone, but shall be under the general supervision of a journeyman to insure the safe and satisfactory performance of his duties.
