Masks and filters shall also be supplied to an employee assigned to the application of materials containing noxious and corrosive epoxy.

Resilient flooring layer. As of August 31, 2014, the contribution paid by the employer for the employee is as specified in Article 27.03, Subsection 1) plus $0.25 per hour worked deducted from the safety equipment compensation. This contribution serves to create a complementary insurance plan for resilient flooring layers. As of September 28, 2014, the employee contribution deducted from the wages of a journeyman and an apprentice is 6.5% of his regular wage rate per hour worked plus compulsory annual vacation pay, statutory holiday pay and sick leave pay. This amount shall be increased to 7% as of April 26, 2015 and 7.5% as of May 1, 2016 This employee contribution shall include the employee contribution specified in the first paragraph of Article 27.03, Subsection 2). Where applicable, the employee contribution as stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be adjusted through the application of the second paragraph of Article 27.03, Subsection 2).

The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.
