Resource Management Plans. Manitoba and Split Lake Cree recognize that aboriginal people, including Split Lake Cree, have priority rights to the harvesting of Fish and Wildlife resources within the Resource Management Area, based on their rights recognized and affirmed by Section 35 of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000. In section 15.1 of the NFA, Manitoba agreed, as a matter of policy, subject to certain limitations, to grant to Split Lake Cree priority rights to those wildlife resources in the Resource Management Area traditionally available to and used by Split Lake Cree as a source of food supply, income-in-kind and income. Split Lake Cree and Manitoba recognize that, subject to the rights of aboriginal people, and subject to resource management plans in force, other individuals shall be able to xxxx, trap and(or) fish in the Resource Management Area. Manitoba and Split Lake Cree recognize that provisions for conservation, management and protection of the Fish and Wildlife resources in the Resource Management Area will be necessary. Actions under this Article, by the Board, Chief and Council, and the Minister, shall be consistent with the rights of Split Lake Cree, and other aboriginal people, the rights of other individuals, and the need for the conservation, management and protection of the Fish and Wildlife resources in the Resource Management Area.
Resource Management PlansManagement Plans to accomplish the following: (1) allow for development within the required 100-foot setback from the Riparian Area of a Perennial Watercourse, pursuant to the Nevada County LUDC, Section L-II 4.3.17, at the Brunswick and Centennial Industrial Sites; (2) minimize the direct impact to special-status plant species, pursuant to the Nevada County LUDC, Section L-II 4.3.12, at the Centennial Industrial Site; (3) allow development within locations of areas of steep slopes that are in excess of 30 percent and with high erosion potential at both the Brunswick and Centennial Industrial Sites, pursuant to the Nevada County LUDC, Section L-II 4.3.13; (4) allow for development within a building setback fault zone at the Brunswick Industrial Site, pursuant to the Nevada County LUDC, Section L-II 4.3.8; (5) allow limited grading within the County’s 100-foot buffer from the Wolf Creek one hundred- (100) year floodplain boundary, subject to mitigations and conditions that must be complied with to ensure that the operations at the Centennial Industrial Site would not result in adverse effects to the hundred- (100) year floodplain associated with Wolf Creek.
Resource Management Plans. Within two (2) years of the dedication of any parcel of land to the Preserve Area, as evidenced by recordation of a Conservation Easement or fee title held by a Wildlife Agency, Permittee shall ensure that an RMP for each parcel is finalized pursuant to Section 7.2 of the Plan after receiving written concurrence from the Wildlife Agencies. During the preparation of RMPs, Permittee shall be responsible for ensuring the land is managed in accordance with the Plan to maintain and improve Covered Species habitat using the best available information and management methods in practice within the Plan Area until the RMP is completed. The RMPs will be reviewed every 5 years and updated as necessary.
Resource Management PlansSubject to subsection 6.4.3, the Fox Lake Resource Management Board will develop and recommend Resource Management Plans for the Fox Lake Resource Management Area, or any part thereof, which, without limitation, may include provision for: (a) measures to enhance and preserve areas of significant Fish and Wildlife populations; (b) methods of harvesting Resources; (c) health and safety considerations; (d) procedures for the assignment or re-assignment of new, vacant or under- utilized traplines, fishery quotas and wild rice licences; (e) enforcement considerations; (f) protecting, conserving and enhancing Resources and the environment, including areas of ecological, cultural or historical significance; (g) prescribing and monitoring levels of use of Resources; (h) proposing the modification of existing priorities and allocations for domestic, commercial and recreational uses of Resources by lease, permit, quota or otherwise; (i) resolving conflicts related to the use of Resources; (j) sustainable development of Resources; and (k) proposing a role for the Fox Lake Resource Management Board in the implementation of the Resource Management Plan.

Related to Resource Management Plans

  • Project Management Plan Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan and

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Management Plan The Management Plan is the description and definition of the phasing, sequencing and timing of the major Individual Project activities for design, construction procurement, construction and occupancy as described in the IPPA.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopted for the employees of the Employer; 5.2 The Employee accepts that the purpose of the performance management system will be to provide a comprehensive system with specific performance standards to assist the employees and service providers to perform to the standards required; 5.3 The Employer must consult the Employee about the specific performance standards and targets that will be included in the performance management system applicable to the Employee; 5.4 The Employee undertakes to actively focus on the promotion and implementation of the key performance indicators (including special projects relevant to the employee’s responsibilities) within the local government framework; 5.5 The criteria upon which the performance of the Employee shall be assessed shall consist of two components, Operational Performance and Competencies both of which shall be contained in the Performance Agreement; 5.6 The Employee’s assessment will be based on his performance in terms of the outputs/outcomes (performance indicators) identified as per attached Performance Plan, which are linked to the KPAs, and will constitute 80% of the overall assessment result as per the weightings agreed to between the Employer and Employee; 5.7 The Competencies will make up the other 20% of the Employee’s assessment score.   • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Waste Management o Participate in recycling using the Harvard Recycles receptacles provided. Recyclable materials include paper, cardboard, glass bottles, cans, plastics 1-7, as well as fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, chemicals, cartridges and electronics. o Designate a space for employees to leave surplus or shared office supplies to reduce redundant purchases. o Arrange for surplus furniture and other large office items to be delivered to Harvard’s Recycling and Surplus Center for reuse. Occupant Education and Engagement o Install or enable software that powers down computers when not in use, and ensure that all computer monitors have a “sleep mode” enabled. o Ensure that every employee has a power strip and turns the strip with an “off” switch for electronic devices. o Encourage staff to use task lighting that accommodates fluorescent bulbs, rather than halogen lamps. o Provide mugs or encourage staff to bring their own reusable mugs, plates, and utensils for the kitchen area. Keep the kitchen area stocked with dish cleaning supplies if a dishwasher is not available. o Start a physical or electronic bulletin board for “green tips”, news, and ideas. o Ask the Property Manager for training to properly operate controls, including shades, lights, thermostats, etc. o Advise employees to dress appropriately for the weather as building temperatures will be set at the lowest or highest end of the ASHRAE standard range depending on the outside temperature.

  • Service Management Effective support of in-scope services is a result of maintaining consistent service levels. The following sections provide relevant details on service availability, monitoring of in-scope services and related components.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
