Resources and Personnel. 2.9.1 Tenderers must specify how their project team will be set up, who will lead it and the roles each member of the team will play; the roles and responsibilities of any sub-consultants should also be set out clearly. CVs of the project personnel including Site Manager, and other appropriate staff, including any sub-consultants, should be provided. 2.9.2 A clear day to day Site Manager must be identified who will be the main contact and who will have full knowledge of every aspect in the preparation sections of the Tender and that that any immediate issues can be quickly addressed, or meetings attended at short notice. A schedule of inputs for each team member and be included. 2.9.3 It is expected that the Site Manager, or their representative, will be required in attendance at monthly Project Team meetings also attended by Rossendale Borough Council, Play Market Management Ltd and other professionals when required.

This time constraint is necessary to allow Ultima Capital Partners to complete the assignment within a reasonable time period, and recognises the time sensitive nature of its Services to The Client. The Client also undertakes to ensure the availability of relevant staff members during the consultation period.

  • Expenses and Personnel The Advisor agrees, at its own expense or at the expense of one or more of its affiliates, to render its services and to provide the office space, furnishings, equipment, and personnel as may be reasonably required in the judgment of the trustees and officers of the Trust to perform the services on the terms and for the compensation provided herein. The Advisor shall authorize and permit any of its officers, directors, and employees, who may be elected as trustees or officers of the Trust, to serve in the capacities in which they are elected. Except to the extent expressly assumed by the Advisor herein and except to the extent required by law to be paid by the Advisor, the Trust shall pay all costs and expenses in connection with its operation.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Fund Personnel The Manager agrees to permit individuals who are officers or employees of the Manager to serve (if duly elected or appointed) as officers, directors, members of any committee of directors, members of any advisory board, or members of any other committee of the Corporation, without remuneration or other cost to the Fund or the Corporation.

  • Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.

In the event that NYSERDA requires additional time for considering approval, NYSERDA shall notify the Contractor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request for approval that additional time is required and shall specify the additional amount of time necessary up to thirty (30) days.

  • DESIGNATED PERSONNEL The Contractor will provide the Designated Personnel listed below for the duration of the Contract at no charge to the State. Information regarding the Designated Personnel is set forth in Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information. Contractor must notify OGS within five (5) business days if any of the Designated Personnel change, and provide an interim contact person until the position is filled. Contractor may submit a Designated Personnel change by submission electronically via e-mail of a revised Appendix D – Contractor and Reseller Information to the OGS Contract Administrator. When the total traffic exceeds the capability of the existing circuits, additional circuits will be provided by the CLEC. 6.2 Where applicable, if additional ADAX cards and ASN Routers (with sync and token ring cards) are necessary, they will be provided by SBC-12STATE, and CLEC will reimburse SBC-12STATE for the cost, plus Engineering, Furnish and Installation.
