Responsibilities and Requirements. The duties and responsibilities of SEPMs may include such activities as: 1. Analyzing employment policies and practices to identify barriers to the hiring, development, advancement, and retention of a particular constituency; 2. Recommending to the Department changes in personnel policies, practices, and procedures; 3. Initiating affirmative employment efforts; and, 4. Participating in planning the implementation, monitoring, and evaluating of the Federal Employment Opportunity Retention Plan. Upon appointment to the collateral duty assignment of SEPM, the employee will receive, in writing, the duties and responsibilities of the SEPM, including time allocation for program activities. The employee may document this collateral duty by submitting an SF-172 or memorandum for inclusion into their eOPF.

Responsibilities and Requirements. CRISP shall provide PDMP Registrant with: a) Timely and secure access to the PDMP data through CRISP’s web-based portal, subject to normal down-time for maintenance or circumstances beyond CRISP’s control. b) PDMP data as reported by the dispensing person or entity. CRISP does not review or verify such data. c) Audits of access to ensure appropriate access to and use of PDMP data. d) Immediate action in suspending, pending investigation, or revoking PDMP Registrant’s access to PDMP data upon discovery of a revoked or suspended license, State CDS permit or federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration, delegate’s severance of affiliation with all delegators, or other violation of this Agreement or Maryland PDMP statute or regulations, as determined by CRISP and/or the DHMH. CRISP shall provide PDMP Registrant with prompt email notification of any such suspension or revocation and may, upon a showing of cure or other satisfactory explanation, reinstate access, in the sole discretion of CRISP and/or the DHMH. PDMP Registrant shall, as an express condition of this Agreement: a) Meet the requirements for accessing the PDMP as defined in COMAR 10.47.07.02 as a Delegator or Delegate. b) For Delegators, ensure that any Delegate has been assigned a separate user name and password, through a process established by CRISP. c) Delegator will ensure compliance by any Delegate with the terms of this Agreement and exercise due diligence in monitoring Delegate access to and use of PDMP data and reporting any suspected misuse as required by COMAR 10.47.07.
Responsibilities and Requirements. 3.1 User is responsible for making sure the facility is closed and locked before leaving. 3.2 The following areas are off limits: upstairs, office, boiler room, pantry, and the kitchen (unless included in the rental). 3.3 User is responsible for their own set up, break down, and clean up unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 3.4 Tables and chairs MUST be put away according to established guidelines (photos are posted on the storage room wall). DO NOT drag table and chairs across the floor. 3.5 NO THUMB TACKS, STAPLES, OR TAPE (other than BLUE PAINTER’S TAPE) may be used on ANY wall. 3.6 No animals are permitted in the building except for service animals. While Emotional Support Animals, Comfort Animals, and Therapy Dogs are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. 3.7 Children must be supervised at all times. 3.8 No items are to be removed from the building. 3.9 Candles must be placed on a non-combustible surface. DO NOT LEAVE CANDLES UNATTENDED.

CRISP shall provide Healthcare Provider with prompt email notification of any such suspension or revocation and may, upon a showing of cure or other satisfactory explanation, reinstate access, in the sole discretion of CRISP and/or the DHMH. Licensed healthcare provider shall, as an express condition of this Agreement: a) Remain a prescriber, dispenser (“Healthcare Provider”), as defined in COMAR 10.47.
