Retail Promotions. CNET will provide various retail Promotions on Snap! Online and SEARXX.XXX, xxich may include text/HTML or graphical Promotions that include embedded links to co-branded pages on CNET Sites or the Company Site.

Retail Promotions. 2.3.1 CNET will provide for various retail Promotions across the CNET Sites, which may include text/HTML links, buttons, portals and other fixed Promotions that include embedded links to the Company Site (the "Retail Promotions" and, together with the advertising banners contemplated in the preceding paragraph, the "Online Promotions"). 2.3.2 Subject to Section 4 below, CNET will provide the Company with a total of at least (a) [XXXXXX] Retail Impressions during the first three months of the Term, (b) [XXXXXX] Retail Impressions during the second three months of the Term, (c) [XXXXXX] Retail Impressions during the third three months of the Term, and (d) [XXXXXX] Retail Impressions during the fourth three months of the Term. For such purposes, a "Retail Impression" means the display of one page of a CNET Site that contains at least one Retail Promotion. If CNET fails to provide the Retail Impressions required by the preceding sentence during the Term, then CNET will continue to display Retail Impressions in accordance with this Agreement following the Term (notwithstanding the termination or expiration of the Term) until the required number of Retail Impressions has been delivered.
Retail Promotions. Sponsor will have the opportunity to leverage their sponsorship at retail by creating an in-store program, which will stimulate brand sales, drive traffic for the retailer and tie into the Event’s production. Any exhibit presence/participation by a retailer, in conjunction with this promotion, is subject to approval by Producer. Sponsor shall have the option to conduct tie-in promotions related to the Event, including but not limited to, discount admission programs based upon a proof of purchase of Sponsor products. Producer reserves the right to approve in its sole discretion all discount admission programs including the type of offer, amount of the discount (which may not exceed $x.xx on one adult admission) and execution of such offers. Producer will offer assistance with ideas, if requested by Sponsor, for such programs. The advertising of all such programs to the public shall be done at the sole expense of Sponsor subject to prior approval of Producer.
Retail Promotions. Consistent with the provisions of Section 2.6, CNET will provide various Retail Promotions across the CNET Sites as follows: (a) Commencing upon the Launch, CNET will provide the Company with a total of at least [***] Impressions of Retail Promotions ("Retail Impressions") as follows: (i) at least [***] Retail Impressions in accordance with the monthly schedule described in Section 2.3(a)(iv) during the Initial Term in the form of two Run-of-Site Banner Programs per month per site on the following sites: XXXX.XXX XXXXXX.XXX XXXX.XXX XXXXXXXX.XXX (ii) at least [***] Retail Impressions within Snap in accordance with the monthly schedule described in Section 2.3(a)(iv) during the Initial Term in the form of: (1) Graphical Links within the following Snap categories Health Business & Money Insurance (to be created by CNET) Living(1) (2) Run-of-Site Banner Programs within Snap; and (iii) at least an additional [***]overall Retail Impressions during the Initial Term, which will include Banners that appear on the first search results page for searches on the following key words within XXXXXX.XXX and Snap: [***] ------------------- (1) CNET may also create additional categories that relate to the Relevant Business that will contain such Graphical Links. (iv) provided that the Launch occurs in accordance with Section 2.9, the Retail Impressions described in Sections 2.3(a)(i) and 2.3(a)(ii) will be delivered as follows during the Initial Term: (1) [***]of such Retail Impressions between Launch and December 31, 1998; (2) [***]of such Retail Impressions between January 1, 1999 and March 31, 1999; (3) [***]of such Retail Impressions between April 1, 1999 and June 30, 1999; (4) [***]of such Retail Impressions between July l, 1999 and September 30, 1999; (5) [***]of such Retail Impressions between October 1, 1999 and December 31, 1999; and (6) [***]of such Retail Impressions between January 1, 2000 and March 31, 2000. CNET will use reasonable efforts to cause such percentages of Retail Impressions to be delivered pro rata on a monthly basis within each of the periods described in 1 through 6 above. If there are Deficient Retail Impressions in any of the periods described in this Section 2.3(a)(iv), at the Company's option, CNET will either: (i) over-deliver Impressions in the succeeding period(s) in an amount at least equal to such number of Deficient Retail Impressions and in such allocation as reasonably agreeable to the Company; or (ii) agree to a prorata reduction in...
Retail Promotions. CNET and Snap will provide various Retail Promotions as follows: (a) CNET will provide the Company with a total of at least [o o o] Retail Impressions on the CNET Sites, that may include, at CNET's reasonable discretion (taking into consideration, from time to time, the reasonable requests of the Company), Retail Promotions that appear on the first search results page for searches on the following key words within XXXXXX.XXX: [o o o] (b) Snap will provide the Company with a total of at least[o o o] Retail Impressions on the standard version of the Snap web site with the URL address of xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx (the "Snap Site"), that may include, at Snap's reasonable discretion (taking into consideration, from time to time, the reasonable requests of the Company), Retail Promotions that appear on the first search results page for searches on the following key words within Snap: [o o o]. (c) CNET and Snap will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Retail Impressions to be delivered pro rata on a monthly basis during the Term. If there are Deficient Retail Impressions in any quarter during the Term, then CNET or Snap (as the case may be) will, at its option, either: (i) over-deliver Impressions in the succeeding quarter in an amount at least equal to such number of Deficient Retail Impressions; or (ii) agree to a pro rata reduction in the payments due for the next quarter. If CNET or Snap over-delivers Retail Impressions in any quarter during the Term, then CNET or Snap (as the case may be) may, at its option, under-deliver Impressions in the succeeding quarter in an amount at least equal to such number of over-delivered Retail Impressions. Company will not be obligated to pay for any over-delivered Retail Impressions existing as of the last day of the Term.

  • Sales Promotions In addition to decreasing prices for the balance of the Contract term due to a change in market conditions, the Contractor may conduct sales promotions involving price reductions for a specified lesser period. The Contractor must submit documentation identifying the proposed: (1) starting and ending dates of the promotion, (2) commodities or contractual services involved, and (3) promotional prices compared to then-authorized prices.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Promotions A. A promotion is defined as moving from any teaching position to one listed on the administrative and supervisory responsibility scale. B. All vacancies in promotional positions shall be filled on the following basis: 1. Whenever a vacancy arises or is anticipated, the Superintendent shall cause a notice to be posted in each school setting forth a description of and the qualifications for the position, including duties and salary range. Promotional vacancies shall be advertised throughout the year, including summer months, on the FCPS web site. In addition, the Superintendent will post a list of such vacancies in each school, with a copy of said notice being transmitted to the Association. 2. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, such notices shall be posted fifteen (15) days prior to the filing date when applications must be submitted. If notification is less than fifteen (15) days, the Association shall be notified. 3. Teachers who decide to apply for such vacancies shall submit their applications in writing to the Superintendent or authorized representative. The time limit specified in the notice shall be adhered to unless there are extenuating circumstances. 4. When a vacancy occurs, a promotion committee may be appointed by the Superintendent consisting of five (5) professional educators who are familiar with the duties and responsibilities associated with the position to be filled. Two (2) members of the committee may be classroom teachers. The committee shall have advisory status and shall recommend to the Superintendent one (1) or more candidates. 5. Vacancies shall be filled on the basis of experience, competency and other qualifications of the applicant. Ordinarily, preference shall be given to present teachers. Inquiries may be directed to other school systems when it is deemed advisable in the best interest of the Xxxxxxxxx County school system. The successful applicant shall meet the certification requirements established by the state board of education for the position, or shall fulfill such requirements within one (1) year. 6. The availability of leadership positions in other counties shall be made known in the same manner as set forth in paragraph 1 whenever possible. C. No teachers shall be denied the opportunity to apply for selection to participate in seminars or workshops sponsored by the Board for potential administrators and supervisors.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER.   • Marketing Plans Contractor and the Exchange recognize that Enrollees and other health care consumers benefit from efforts relating to outreach activities designed to increase heath awareness and encourage enrollment. The parties shall share marketing plans on an annual basis and with respect to periodic updates of material changes. The marketing plans of each of the Exchange and Contractor shall include proposed marketing approaches and channels and shall provide samples of any planned marketing materials and related collateral as well as planned, and when completed, expenses for the marketing budget. The Contractor shall include this information for both the Exchange and the outside individual market. The Exchange shall treat all marketing information provided under this Section as confidential information and the obligation of the Exchange to maintain confidentiality of this information shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
