Revenue Sources. The City reserves the right to rent or lease outdoor advertising space that are free standing or attached to field structures.
Revenue Sources. The Parties acknowledge that a key element going forward will be consideration of the adequacy and form of current revenue streams. The Parties agree that a resolution to the issue of resources available to the Cities will be a key determinant in the ongoing success of the Cities and the Province, and the ability of the Cities to address growth challenges. This Agreement commits the Province and the Cities to entering into a process to consider development of a new fiscal framework that will recognize and address the needs and challenges facing all Parties.

Schedule 3.20 lists, with respect to the Business, the fifteen (15) largest Revenue Sources (determined based on the total gross revenue attributable to each such Revenue Source) during the year ended December 31, 2015, and during the two-month period ended February 29, 2016, and states the approximate total gross revenue attributable to each such Revenue Source during each such period. Seller has not received written or, to Seller’s Knowledge, oral notice of termination or of an intention to terminate or materially and adversely alter the relationship with the Business from any Revenue Source listed in Schedule 3.20.

Revenue Sources. The Rockets and its affiliates will have the exclusive right to all revenues related to the operation of the Arena including rent, concessions, merchandise, tickets, club seats, suites, sponsorships, telecommunications, broadcast by any and all methods, internet rights, advertising rights, naming rights, grants, prepayments, supplies, utility and energy supply agreements or rights, equipment or loans from concessionaires, vendors and other parties, and other rights, revenues and benefits generated by or through the Arena or in connection with the NBA Club Garage. – pg. 19 The Rockets and not the City will be entitled to any other revenues generated at the Arena in connection with City Events, including without limitation, ticket revenues outside of five charitable events, concessions, advertising and broadcast rights. – pg. 23
