Revenue Sources. The Revenue Sources from sales and/or exploitations of Assets are as follows:
Revenue Sources. The Parties acknowledge that a key element going forward will be consideration of the adequacy and form of current revenue streams. The Parties agree that a resolution to the issue of resources available to the Cities will be a key determinant in the ongoing success of the Cities and the Province, and the ability of the Cities to address growth challenges. This Agreement commits the Province and the Cities to entering into a process to consider development of a new fiscal framework that will recognize and address the needs and challenges facing all Parties.

Seller has not received written or, to Seller’s Knowledge, oral notice of termination or of an intention to terminate or materially and adversely alter the relationship with the Business from any customer listed in Schedule 3.20.

The parties agree that this Agreement does not constitute a general indebtedness of Inverness within the meaning of any constitutional, statutory, or charter provision or limitation and it is expressly agreed by the parties that neither the Sheriff nor Citrus County will ever have the right to require or compel the exercise of ad valorem taxing power of Inverness or taxation of any real or personal property therein for the payment of any monetary obligations due under the terms of this Agreement and it is further agreed between the parties that this Agreement and any funds called for to be paid hereunder shall not constitute a lien upon any real or personal property of Inverness, or any part thereof, and that the obligation for monetary payments called for to be made hereunder shall be deemed to exist for less than a year at any point in time and shall be entirely subject to the legislative budgetary discretion of Inverness and Citrus County.
Revenue Sources. The Bills have the right to receive and retain all income and revenues from or in connection with the Stadium including, without limitation, all revenues, royalties, license fees, concession fees, and income and receipts arising from: Admission Tickets: Sale or distribution of admission tickets to Games and Bills’ Events, including admission tickets to Club Level Seats, Luxury Suites, and general admission tickets. Naming Rights: The sale, lease, or license of the right to name the Stadium. Advertising Rights: The sale, lease, or license of Advertising Rights, including Signage.
Revenue Sources. Tickets The Suns receive all the ticket revenue. – Sect. 6, pg. 9 Parking The Suns receive no revenue from parking. All proceeds go to the Operator. – Sect. 9, pg. 12 Concessions The Suns receive 15% of all soft concessions revenue from the Operator on the fifteenth (15th) day of every month after home games were played. The Suns retain 90% of hard concessions revenue. – Sect. 8, pg. 11–12
