Revenue SourcesThe parties agree that this Agreement does not constitute a general indebtedness of Inverness within the meaning of any constitutional, statutory, or charter provision or limitation and it is expressly agreed by the parties that neither the Sheriff nor Citrus County will ever have the right to require or compel the exercise of ad valorem taxing power of Inverness or taxation of any real or personal property therein for the payment of any monetary obligations due under the terms of this Agreement and it is further agreed between the parties that this Agreement and any funds called for to be paid hereunder shall not constitute a lien upon any real or personal property of Inverness, or any part thereof, and that the obligation for monetary payments called for to be made hereunder shall be deemed to exist for less than a year at any point in time and shall be entirely subject to the legislative budgetary discretion of Inverness and Citrus County.
Revenue Sources. The Rockets and its affiliates will have the exclusive right to all revenues related to the operation of the Arena including rent, concessions, merchandise, tickets, club seats, suites, sponsorships, telecommunications, broadcast by any and all methods, internet rights, advertising rights, naming rights, grants, prepayments, supplies, utility and energy supply agreements or rights, equipment or loans from concessionaires, vendors and other parties, and other rights, revenues and benefits generated by or through the Arena or in connection with the NBA Club Garage. – pg. 19 The Rockets and not the City will be entitled to any other revenues generated at the Arena in connection with City Events, including without limitation, ticket revenues outside of five charitable events, concessions, advertising and broadcast rights. – pg. 23
Revenue Sources. The sources of revenue of CTO shall include the following: (a) The annual contributions by the Members shall be determined by the Board of Directors, (b) Such other contributions as may be made by governments whether within or outside the region. (c) Such grants as may be made from any source for the financing of special projects or fellowships. (d) Such fees as may be determined from time to time by the Council on the recommendation of the Board of Directors or any of the organs to which it delegates the authority. (e) Payments made to the CTO or any of its organs in consideration of consultancy services provided. (f) Revenue earned by the CTO through its arrangement with the Caribbean Tourism Development Company (CTDC), from publications or in respect of services rendered or from special fund raising projects. (g) Grants from any other sources.
Revenue Sources. The Bills have the right to receive and retain all income and revenues from or in connection with the Stadium including, without limitation, all revenues, royalties, license fees, concession fees, and income and receipts arising from: Admission Tickets: Sale or distribution of admission tickets to Games and Bills’ Events, including admission tickets to Club Level Seats, Luxury Suites, and general admission tickets. Naming Rights: The sale, lease, or license of the right to name the Stadium.
