REVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL GROWTH/IMPROVEMENT PLAN Sample Clauses

REVIEW OF PROFESSIONAL GROWTH/IMPROVEMENT PLAN. A summative conference will be held with every certified staff member, whether “on year” or “off year”, for review and evaluation of the growth or improvement plan. For “on year” members, this review of the plan may take place in conjunction with the post-conference following his or her final evaluation cycle. Through this conference, it will be determined by administration whether or not the member has made adequate progress on the plan. In the event that it is determined that adequate progress has not been made, the staff member will be placed in an “on year” evaluation cycle for the next year, regardless of his or her rating on the most recent evaluation.
