RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS. The Landlord grants the Tenant in common with the Landlord and all others so entitled the following rights subject to compliance with the regulations referred to in this agreement:
RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS. No license or other right is granted, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, to Licensee under any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property Rights now or hereafter owned or controlled by Sonics except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in this Agreement. Except for any third party software or open source software which may be included as a part of the Licensed Technology, Sonics retains all rights, title, ownership and interest in and to the Licensed Technology, including, all Intellectual Property Rights embodied therein, and all subsequent copies, modifications, revisions, upgrades, Derivative Works, Updates and Upgrades of any of the foregoing.
RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS. I understand that the Company reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, accept or reject this subscription, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, and to the extent not accepted, unused funds maintained in my account at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or transmitted herewith shall either not be debited from my account at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or be returned to the undersigned in full, with any interest accrued thereon.

RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS. All drawings, designs, information, tools, patterns, equipment and other goods supplied by Buyer, and proprietary rights embodied therein, are reserved, and the same shall not be used or reproduced for any purpose whatsoever except the performance of work under the Order.

Except that upon prior written notice to Buyer and on a non-interference basis with Seller’s performance of this or other P.O.’s from Buyer, Seller shall have the right to use such items in the manufacture of end items for sale to the United States Government either directly or indirectly through a Government subcontractor to the extent the Government has the right under any contract to authorize such use by Seller, provided Seller permanently identifies each such item as having been manufactured by Seller for sale to the United States Government.

Except for any third party software or open source software which may be included as a part of the Licensed Technology and submit to the licenses and rights granted herein, Sonics retains all rights, title, ownership and interest in and to the Licensed Technology, including, all Intellectual Property Rights embodied therein, and all revisions, upgrades and updates of any of the foregoing.
RIGHTS AND RESERVATIONS. The letting includes the rights (if any) granted by clause 5 but is subject to the exceptions and reservations set out in clause 6.

All information, equipment, designs, drawings, tools, patterns and other items furnished by the Buyer and proprietary rights incorporated herein are reserved, and shall not be used or reproduced outside of the requirements under this Contract Seller agrees that all reports and written material prepared during the term of this Contract which relates to the subject PO, and which result from and arise out of the services performed by the Seller for the Buyer, shall be the sole property of the Buyer.
