Rights on Return to Work. (a) On return to work from maternity, adoption or parental leave, an Employee shall be placed in his/her former position or in a position of equal rank and salary.
Rights on Return to Work. An employee on the recall list shall have the right to return to a vacancy in his/her former position or to a position for which he/she is able to do the job, providing no other employee with greater seniority is promoted or transferred to such vacant position. When such transfers or promotions occur, resulting in a vacant position, the employee on the recall list will be offered the resulting vacant position, providing he/she is able to do the job.
Rights on Return to Work. Upon return to work, the employee shall be reinstated in her/his former position, with the same pay and without loss of seniority entitlements.
