Risk Assessment Services. In certain lines of property and casualty business, we may provide risk engineering services for you and insurers. The purpose of these services is to provide an objective analysis of your risk profile for insurers. WTW will be remunerated by your insurers for the provision of these engineering services. If engineering services are provided on your placement, you will be provided with information about Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx’x remuneration in the documentation we issue to you. Although any risk engineering reports are usually paid for by insurers (in addition to any fees or commissions we may receive from you for placing your insurance cover) and may therefore contain findings which have an impact on the risk profile being considered, we will discuss and share any reports with you. Any reliance that you place on these reports is subject to these terms and conditions. WTW’s and/or its affiliates’ aggregate liability for breach of contract, negligence, breach of statutory duty or other claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the services provided hereunder shall be limited as follows:

Risk Assessment Services. School boards, police and other community partners (e.g., mental health agencies, Youth Justice Probation Services, and other youth-focused agencies), are encouraged to develop procedures and protocols to facilitate timely intervention in situations, where a threat* has been made, or a situation where there is non-threatening but worrisome behaviour. Having such a multi-agency approach in place provides for the sharing of information and makes a collective and timely response possible. Risk Assessment Services. The Consultant shall perform risk assessment services to characterize the risks to human health and the environment, ecological receptors or both, from exposure or potential exposure to hazardous substances through deterministic and probabilistic methods.
Risk Assessment Services. Incidents of violence in schools are often preventable through early intervention in response to threatening behaviour, or non-threatening but worrisome behaviour. Taking steps to identify at-risk students through early and ongoing assessment and intervention strategies may reduce the need for disciplinary action and police interventions. A multi- agency approach to threat/risk assessment can be a highly effective means of preventing and managing situations that could otherwise negatively affect the safety of student and/or school staff (refer to Threat/Risk Assessment Community Protocol). In addition, several larger police services, including the Ontario Provincial Police, have Threat Assessment Units. In those locations which do not have a multi-disciplinary team in place, boards may contact their local police service, who will assist in obtaining the required services from another police service.
Risk Assessment Services. Should Customer choose to use the following Financial Services in this Exhibit, CSG will provide to Customer for the fees provided in Schedule F Customer’s requirements for those consumer credit information, scoring services or other data stored in CSG’s vendors consumer credit reporting database, (the “Risk Assessment Services”) for the Subscribers that elect to utilize Customer’s Risk Assessment Services.

  • Construction Management Services a. A-E may be required to review and recommend approval of submittals, shop drawings, Request for Information (RFI) and/or calculations for temporary structures such as trench shoring, false work and other temporary structural forms. b. A-E may be required to review and advise the County Representative on the overall project schedule, including staging and completion dates, duration, milestones, and interfaces. Immediately notify Representative if the proposed work schedule does not conform to the contract documents, including the plans, specifications, and permits or that may require special inspection or testing, or work stoppage. c. Review on a monthly basis the project schedule and/or Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule submitted by the Construction Contractor. Make recommendations concerning the Construction Contractor’s adherence thereto. Recommend possible solutions to scheduling problems so as to complete the project on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. d. Review scope of work and identify potential contract change orders. Prepare independent cost estimates for any changes resulting from design revisions or change in field conditions. Prepare and recommend for approval all contract change orders. e. Evaluate the merit of any potential claims or requests for equitable adjustment submitted by the Construction Contractor. Prepare analysis of potential claims include recommendations regarding settlement of the claims. f. Assist County staff in project related issues with other Agencies, or departments, engineering and material testing support firms, CEQA consultants, utilities agencies, etc. g. Assist in community outreach meetings and media relations h. Review for acceptance/approval of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in accordance with the general Permit of Discharges of Storm Water Associated with Construction Activity (Construction General Permit, including dewatering/diversion plans per the State’s DeMinimus Permit).

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Student Services a. High school students in dual credit courses will be given access to the College library, accorded appropriate privileges, and have adequate library resources convenient for use at the site where the course is offered. b. High school students in dual credit courses will be provided the academic support services, including academic advising and counseling, as those on the college campus. c. Prior to the start of each academic year, the High School and College shall collaborate on the development and communication of procedures for the provision of accommodations for students with disabilities enrolled in Dual Credit courses (“Established Procedures”). High School and College shall provide disability services in accordance with Established Procedures and applicable law. d. If a student is enrolled simultaneously in College and in high school in a dual credit program, the two schools may share information regarding the student, in accordance with FERPA. e. All other services provided to regular Dallas College students will also be provided to high school students enrolled in dual credit courses in accordance with applicable law and Dallas College policies.

  • Outpatient Services Physicians, Urgent Care Centers and other Outpatient Providers located outside the BlueCard® service area will typically require You to pay in full at the time of service. You must submit a Claim to obtain reimbursement for Covered Services.

  • Laboratory Services Covered Services include prescribed diagnostic clinical and anatomic pathological laboratory services and materials when authorized by a Member's PCP and HPN’s Managed Care Program.

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
