ROLE OF SUPERVISORS. 22.1 As members of Xxxxx Power’s managerial staff, supervisory employees have a role to play in the resolution of disputes in their work units before they reach the grievance/arbitration procedure. In the event that a dispute reaches the grievance/arbitration procedure, The Society agrees not to discriminate against supervisors who represent Management in Society grievances.
22.2 The Society will exclude supervisors directly involved in a particular grievance from the decisions on the referral of the grievance through the grievance/arbitration procedure. Supervisors will not act on behalf of The Society in matters associated with a particular grievance where the grievance has been lodged by another member(s) who reports to the particular supervisor.

ROLE OF SUPERVISORS. 14.1 Except insofar as specific functions are to be performed by the Supervisors under the terms of this CVA, the affairs, business and property of the Company shall continue to be managed by the directors for the time being.
14.2 The beneficial interest in the Assets shall continue to be held by or otherwise vest in the Company prior to the Restructuring Effective Date, following which the beneficial interest in substantially all of the Assets shall have been transferred to Newco 6A or Newco 6 (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, no trust shall arise in favour of any CVA Creditor and no CVA Creditor shall have any beneficial interest in any of the Assets.
