Rostered Additional Hours. Where employees are rostered to work on a weekend or on a Public Holiday to support court sessions, rostered hours will not be for less than three hours and will be paid at the appropriate rate. The Ministry will endeavour to give 48 hours’ notice where possible.

Rostered Additional Hours. 19.1 An Employee who works additional hours immediately following the completion or prior to the commencement of the Employee‘s normal rostered shift shall be paid the proportionate amount of the applicable base hourly rate plus applicable allowances, for all non-rostered additional hours worked.
