If an employee refused recall to a position with the Company because of a physical or medical condition, he shall continue to accumulate seniority and will be reinstated once he is physically able. No new employees save and except tradesman, will be hired until all laid-off employees are offered the opportunity to return to work.

  • Special rules for partnerships Partnerships that conduct a trade or business in the United States are generally required to pay a withholding tax under section 1446 on any foreign partners’ share of effectively connected taxable income from such business.
