SAFETY SHOES & CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. The Company will provide a safety shoe and clothing allowance of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per year. The employee can carry any unused portion over to the next year and receipts must be supplied for boots and clothing. It is understood that the work clothing allowance does not apply to part-time employees hired after the date of ratification until they have been employed for one (1) year.

SAFETY SHOES & CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. Effective January 1, 2023, the Company will provide a safety shoe/clothing allowance, through the payroll system, of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) to all employees on the active payroll at January 1st of every year. The first installment of two hundred ($200.00) dollars will be paid on the first pay period in January and second installment of two hundred ($200.00) dollars will be paid on the first pay period in June. Eligibility for the subsidy will be achieved after ninety (90) days of continuous service.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400.
