Salaries for FullTime FACULTY MEMBERS 1. The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic year 2015-2016 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedule A. 2. General Pay Increases The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedules B and C. Those schedules provide for a pay increase as follows: a. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two and three-quarters percent (2.75%) retroactive to the start of the fall semester of 2016, as reflected in Pay Schedule B. b. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two percent (2%) at the start of the fall semester of 2017, as reflected in Pay Schedule C. 3. Cash Payments a. FACULTY MEMBERS who are at Step 13 of their present rank as of the fall 2015 semester shall receive a one-time cash payment of two and one-half percent (2.5%), which shall be effective with the 11th pay of the 2015-16 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 20-pay schedule and with the 14th pay of the 2015-16 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 26-pay schedule. These payments are cash payments paid in lieu of longevity increases to employees who are at or above the maximum step of their pay range. These payments are applicable to those employees who are in active pay status on the date of ratification by the Board of Governors.
Salaries for FullTime FACULTY MEMBERS 1. The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedule A. 2. General Pay Increases The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedules B and C. Those schedules provide for a pay increase as follows: a. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two percent (2%) effective with the start of the fall semester of 2021, as reflected in Pay Schedule B. b. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two and a one half percent (2.5%) at the start of the fall semester of 2022, as reflected in Pay Schedule C. 3. Annual Increments In addition to the above-listed general pay increases and cash payments, a full-time regular FACULTY MEMBER below Step 13 shall be entitled to the following annual increment. Such annual increments shall be granted solely on the basis of service as follows: a. Effective with the first pay of the fall semester 2020, all full-time regular FACULTY MEMBERS shall move one (1) increment b. Effective with the 11th pay of the 2021-2022 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 20-pay schedule and with the 14th pay of the 2021-2022 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 26-pay schedule, all full-time regular FACULTY MEMBERS shall move one (1) increment. c. Effective with the 11th pay of the 2022-2023 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 20-pay schedule and with the 14th pay of the 2022-2023 academic year for FACULTY MEMBERS on a 26-pay schedule, all full-time regular FACULTY MEMBERS shall move one (1) increment.
Salaries for FullTime FACULTY MEMBERS 1. The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic year 2007-2008 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedule A. 2. General Pay Increases The salaries payable to FACULTY MEMBERS in an active pay status for the academic years 2008-09, 2009-10, and 2010-11 shall be as set forth in Pay Schedules B, C and D. Those schedules provide for a pay increase as follows: a. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of three percent (3%) at the start of the fall semester of 2008, as reflected in Pay Schedule B. b. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of three percent (3%) at the start of the fall semester of 2009, as reflected in Pay Schedule C. c. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of four percent (4%) effective October 1, 2010, as reflected in Pay Schedule D. 3. Cash Payments a. Full-Time Regular FACULTY MEMBERS in active pay status at the start of the fall semester of 2007 shall receive a one-time cash payment of one thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ($1750) which shall be paid on the first full pay period following ratification by the Board of Governors. b. FACULTY MEMBERS who are at Step 13 of their present rank as of the fall 2010 semester shall receive a one-time cash payment of two and one-half percent (2.5%), which shall be paid in September 2010. These payments are cash payments paid in lieu of longevity increases to employees who are at or above the maximum step of their pay range.

Those schedules provide for a pay increase as follows: 1. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of three percent (3%) at the start of the fall semester of 1999, as reflected in Pay Schedule A. 2. FACULTY MEMBERS who were at Step G of their present rank for four (4) or more consecutive years in the fall semester of 1999, whether in active pay status or on educational leave without pay, shall move to Step Z of their present rank in the fall semester of 1999. 3. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two percent (2%) at the start of the fall semester of 2000, as reflected in Pay Schedule B. 4. FACULTY MEMBERS who were at Step G of their present rank for four (4) or more consecutive years in the fall semester of 2000, whether in active pay status or on educational leave without pay, shall move to Step Z of their present rank in the fall semester of 2000. 5. A range change of one (1) step for the rank of Instructor effective at the beginning of the fall semester of 2000 shall be implemented by removing the lowest step and reclassifying the remaining steps as Steps A through G and adding a new Step Z at a five percent (5%) increment. Each FACULTY MEMBER shall be placed at the same step for which he/she was entitled to be placed as of the beginning of the fall semester 2000. 6. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of one percent (1%) at the start of the spring semester of 2001, as reflected in Pay Schedule C. 7. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of two percent (2%) at the start of the fall semester of 2001, as reflected in Pay Schedule D. 8. A range change of one (1) step each for the ranks of Instructor and Assistant Professor shall be implemented at the beginning of the fall semester of 2001. Each FACULTY MEMBER shall be placed on the appropriate step as provided for in Section B.2. below. 9. All FACULTY MEMBERS will receive a general pay increase of one and one-half percent (1.5%) at the start of the spring semester of 2002, as reflected in Pay Schedule E.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to existing or, upon their appointment, incoming directors or senior officers of the Issuer or any of its material operating subsidiaries, if the Issuer’s board of directors has approved the transfer. (2) Prior to the transfer the Escrow Agent must receive: (a) a certified copy of the resolution of the board of directors of the Issuer approving the transfer; (b) a certificate signed by a director or officer of the Issuer authorized to sign, stating that the transfer is to a director or senior officer of the Issuer or a material operating subsidiary and that any required approval from the Canadian exchange the Issuer is listed on has been received; (c) an acknowledgment in the form of Schedule “B” signed by the transferee; (d) copies of the letters sent to the securities regulators described in subsection (3) accompanying the acknowledgement; and (e) a transfer power of attorney, completed and executed by the transferor in accordance with the requirements of the Issuer’s transfer agent. (3) At least 10 days prior to the transfer, the Issuer will file a copy of the acknowledgement with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer.

  • COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS 1.1 The Owner shall pay the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary for the construction of the Work described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings the Contract Amount as shown below. Chapter 144, Payment of Invoices Received from Business Concerns, and interest shall be calculated at 1% per month.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($25,000.00). County shall pay each such approved invoice within thirty (30) calendar days. County reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of satisfactory work performed.

  • Offices for Payments, etc So long as any of the Securities remain outstanding, the Issuer will maintain in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York, the following for each series: an office or agency (a) where the Securities may be presented for payment, (b) where the Securities may be presented for registration of transfer and for exchange as in this Indenture or any supplemental indenture provided and (c) where notices and demands to or upon the Issuer in respect of the Securities or of this Indenture may be served. The Issuer will give to the Trustee written notice of the location of any such office or agency and of any change of location thereof. Unless otherwise specified in accordance with Section 2.03, the Issuer hereby initially designates the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee, as the office to be maintained by it for each such purpose. In case the Issuer shall fail to so designate or maintain any such office or agency or shall fail to give such notice of the location or of any change in the location thereof, presentations and demands may be made and notices may be served at the Corporate Trust Office. The Issuer may from time to time designate one or more additional offices or agencies where the Securities of a series may be presented for payment, where the Securities of that series may be presented for exchange as provided in this Indenture and pursuant to Section 2.03 and where the Securities of that series may be presented for registration of transfer as provided in this Indenture, and the Issuer may from time to time rescind any such designation, as the Issuer may deem desirable or expedient; provided, however, that no such designation or rescission shall in any manner relieve the Issuer of its obligation to maintain the agencies provided for in this Section. The Issuer will give to the Trustee prompt written notice of any such designation or rescission thereof.

  • Arrangements for Sales Arrangements for sales of Contract Securities will be made only through the Manager acting either directly or through Dealers (including Underwriters acting as Dealers), and you authorize the Manager to act on your behalf in making such arrangements. The aggregate number or amount of Securities to be purchased by the several Underwriters will be reduced by the respective number or amounts of Contract Securities attributed to such Underwriters as hereinafter provided. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof, the aggregate number or amount of Contract Securities will be attributed to the Underwriters as nearly as practicable in proportion to their respective Underwriting Percentages, except that, as determined by the Manager in its discretion: (a) Contract Securities directed and allocated by a purchaser to specific Underwriters will be attributed to such Underwriters, and (b) Contract Securities for which arrangements have been made for sale through Dealers will be attributed to each Underwriter approximately in the proportion that Securities of such Underwriter held by the Manager for sales to Dealers bear to all Securities so held. The fee with respect to Contract Securities payable to the Manager for the accounts of the Underwriters pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement will be credited to the accounts of the respective Underwriters in proportion to the Contract Securities attributed to such Underwriters pursuant to the provisions of this Section 4.1, less, in the case of each Underwriter, the concession to Dealers on Contract Securities sold through Dealers and attributed to such Underwriter.

  • Compensation and Payment 3.1 Consultant’s fees shall be calculated at the rates set forth in the attached Exhibit A.   • Qualifications of Panelists All Panelists shall: (a) have expertise or experience in law, international trade, other matters covered by this Agreement, or the resolution of disputes arising under international trade agreements relevant to the subject matter of the dispute; (b) be chosen strictly on the basis of objectivity, impartiality, reliability, and sound judgment; (c) be independent of, and not be affiliated with or take instructions from, any Party; (d) not delegate their responsibilities to any other person; and (e) comply with the Model Rules of Procedure established in Annex 12 (Model Rules of Procedure).
