Salary and Wage. 59 Salary The basic salary range of Teachers covered by this Agreement shall be on a regular teacher contract 60 year basis and is set forth in Appendix A, attached to this Agreement. Adjustments in teacher pay, including any 61 stipends, shall be made in accordance with the Compensation Model Program as it may be adjusted from time to time 62 by agreement of the Superintendent and the GTA Bargaining Team. Adjustments in a Teacher's pay shall not be 63 retroactive, for whatever cause. The teacher’s contract salary shall be paid in twenty-six (26) installments. For the 00 0000-0000 school year, the first pay of the school year will be August 6, 2021. 65 66 Compensaiton for Class Coverage Teachers will receive compensation when they give up coproration- 67 designated preparation periods for class coverage due to the absence of another teacher. Teachers will receive $20.00 68 per class coverage. 69 70 ECA The schedule of additional teacher compensation for extra-curricular time and responsibilities is set 71 forth in Appendix B, attached to this Agreement. Salary and Wage. Information which includes employment and wage data reported by students employed during 2014 and 2015. Course completion rates were calculated from student data on file at the Center. The Center is required to keep such data for a minimum time period of 5 years. Should a reader of this document care to review this data, it can be made available upon request with student personnel data deleted. Phlebotomy as an occupation is closely related to other occupations in the field of clinical laboratory science. Such occupations include Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Assistant. These are positions in the field of Clinical Laboratory medicine to which a student could be placed based on education and training provided in this course. The US Department of Labor Occupational Handbook 2010-2011 gives the most current data available on job prospects for graduates of phlebotomy programs whose training may qualify for placement in other closely related occupations as discussed above. To review this information the reader is referred to the US Department of Labor’s website. Search for “Occupational handbook” and scroll down the alphabetical listing to find Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Laboratory Technicians.

Maximum of one (1) stipend of $20.00 per day. 67 68 ECA The schedule of additional teacher compensation for extra-curricular time and responsibilities is set 69 forth in Appendix B, attached to this Agreement. The number of ECA positions is not negotiated in this contract. 70 71 Professional Development The following ancillary duties were not bargained and are provided for 72 informational purposes only. A Teacher shall be paid one hundred dollars ($100.00) for work performed outside the 73 contractual day when attending mandatory administratively approved professional development activities. A Teacher 74 shall be paid one payment of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for time spent preparing a presentation made to the 75 staff if approved by the building principal. In addition, for preparation for all subsequent workshops on the same 76 topic, the Teacher presenter will be paid a stipend of fifty dollars ($50.00) per presentation. If the same Teacher 77 presents on a new topic, then the payment will again apply for the initial preparation of the new topic. 78 80 81 • Adjustments for special off-campus professional development may be approved by the Superintendent and 82 may result in an additional stipend being paid.
