The committee shall base its review on the Reference Salaries of Members as of July 1, 2011, and shall establish its own method for conducting the review. The committee shall report to the University and the Association by June 1, 2012, and the report shall identify Members whose salaries are anomalous, the amount of the recommended adjustment in each case, and the total expenditure for the Anomaly Adjustments. The University shall make the recommended salary anomaly adjustments in the July, 2012 pay.

  • Annual Adjustments Base Rent shall be increased on each annual anniversary of the first day of the first full month during the Term of this Lease (each an “Adjustment Date”) by multiplying the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date by the Rent Adjustment Percentage and adding the resulting amount to the Base Rent payable immediately before such Adjustment Date. Base Rent, as so adjusted, shall thereafter be due as provided herein. Base Rent adjustments for any fractional calendar month shall be prorated.

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
