Salary Policy on Recall. (a) Employees recalled to their former position or to a position having the same salary range shall receive the current salary for the position. (b) Employees recalled to a position which has a lower salary range than their former position, shall be paid their former salary if it is not higher than the maximum rate for the position to which they are recalled. In cases where the former salary is higher, they shall be paid the maximum rate for the lower position. (c) The foregoing salary policy shall also apply in the case of demotions due to lay-offs and other circumstances.

Salary Policy on Recall. [a] Employees recalled to their former position or to a position having the same salary range shall receive the current salary for the position. [d] Employees recalled to work shall be deducted the minimum dues for each whole month that the employee was laid off or absent due to extended leaves, e.g.: Wage Indemnity, W.C.B. etc.

Section Severance Pay Severancepay shall be paid to employees who have service of twelve (12) months and more with the Company, who are terminated due to consolidation, reduction of staff, suspensionof business or changes in procedures. The amount of severancepay shall be one (1) week at the employee's current regular salary for each year of service, to a maximum of eight (8) weeks.   • Compensation Recovery Policy Executive acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent the Company adopts any claw-back or similar policy pursuant to the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act or otherwise, and any rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, he or she shall take all action necessary or appropriate to comply with such policy (including, without limitation, entering into any further agreements, amendments or policies necessary or appropriate to implement and/or enforce such policy with respect to past, present and future compensation, as appropriate).

  • Compensation Recoupment Policy This Award shall be subject to any compensation recoupment policy of the Company that is applicable by its terms to you and to Awards of this type.

  • Benefits on Lay-off In the event of a layoff of a full-time employee, the Hospital shall pay its share of insured benefits premium up to three (3) months of the end of the month in the which the layoff occurs or until the laid off employee is employed elsewhere, whichever occurs first.

  • Standard Company Benefits Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time.

  • Safety Policy The City agrees to maintain in safe working condition all facilities and equipment furnished by the City to carry out the duties of each bargaining unit position, but reserves the right to determine what those facilities and equipment shall be. The Association agrees to work cooperatively in maintaining safety in the Xenia/Xxxxxx Central Communications Center.

  • Harassment Policy It is the policy of CUPE as an Employer to ensure that the working environment is conducive to the performance of work and is such that employees are not hindered from carrying out their responsibilities. The Employer considers harassment in the work force to be a totally unacceptable form of intimidation and will not tolerate its occurrence. The Employer will ensure that victims of harassment are able to register complaints without reprisal. Harassment is a form of discrimination and includes personal harassment. Harassment shall be defined as any improper behaviour by a person which is offensive to any employee and which that person knows or ought reasonably to have known would be inappropriate or unwelcome. It comprises objectionable conduct, comment or display made on either a one-time or continuous basis that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to an employee. The parties to this Agreement will work together to ensure that all employees, and CUPE members understand their personal responsibility to promote a harassment-free working environment. Appendix “U”, herein below shall be followed respecting matters referred to directly herein.

  • Compensation Recovery This Award shall be subject to any compensation recovery policy adopted by the Company, including any policy required to comply with applicable law or listing standards, as such policy may be amended from time to time in the sole discretion of the Company. As consideration for and by accepting the Award, the Recipient agrees that all prior equity awards made by the Company to the Recipient shall become subject to the terms and conditions of the provisions of this Section 22.

  • COMPENSATION OF ULTIMUS The Trust, on behalf of each Fund, shall pay for the services to be provided by Ultimus under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or terminates before the last day of a month, Ultimus’ compensation for that part of the month in which the Agreement is in effect shall be prorated in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees as set forth above. Payment of Ultimus’ compensation for the preceding month shall be made promptly.
