SATELLITE ANTENNAE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, subject to relevant regulatory approvals, availability of space within the roofscreen (provided that Tenant's share of the space available within the roofscreen and allocated by Landlord for installation of Antennae shall be in the same proportion to other tenants within the Building as the Rentable Area bears to the total rentable area in the Building), and Landlord's consent (with Landlord's consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), to install satellite antennae and similar telecommunications systems and equipment ("Antennae") on the roof of the Building in a location satisfactory to both Landlord and Tenant. Without otherwise limiting the criteria upon which Landlord may withhold its consent to any proposed Antennae, if Landlord withholds its consent due to concerns regarding the appearance of the Antennae or the impact on structural aspects of the Building, such withholding of consent shall be presumptively reasonable. Tenant shall not be charged additional rent for roof space. Prior to submitting any plans to the City of Sunnyvale or proceeding with any installation of the Antennae, Tenant shall submit to Landlord elevations and specifications for the Antennae. Tenant shall install the Antennae at its sole expense and shall be responsible for any damage caused by the installation of the Antennae or related to the Antennae. At the end of the Term, Tenant shall remove the Antennae from their locations and repair any damage caused by such removal.

Prior to submitting any plans to the City of San Xxxx or proceeding with any installation of an Antenna, Tenant shall submit to Landlord elevations and specifications for the Antenna. Tenant shall install any approved Antennae at its sole expense and shall be responsible for any damage caused by the installation of the Antennae or related to the Antennae. At the Expiration Date or upon earlier termination of this Lease, Tenant shall remove the Antennas from their locations and repair any damage caused by such removal.

Landlord and Tenant, intending legally to be bound, agree as set forth below.
SATELLITE ANTENNAE. Tenant shall have the right to install a satellite antennae in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement to Install a Satellite Antennae attached hereto as Exhibit G. 45 5055 Wilshire - Playboy Enterprises. Inc. - Lease 12/22/98
SATELLITE ANTENNAE. Provided Tenant is not in default under the terms and conditions of the Lease, and subject to all applicable codes and regulations and Landlord's written approval of plans (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to install roof-top or ground-mounted satellite antennae at a location approved by Landlord, provided Tenant supplies Landlord with certified and sealed engineering plans and specifications for Landlord's review for any work affecting the Premises' or Shopping Center's structure, and in the event any roof work is done, Tenant shall use only Landlord's approved roofing contractor. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall be responsible for maintaining said satellite antennae and all appurtenances thereto in a good state of repair, shall be responsible for and indemnify Landlord for any and all damage whatsoever caused as a result of the satellite antennae (unless caused by Landlord's negligence or wilful misconduct), and upon expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, Tenant shall be responsible for removal of the satellite antennae, and the repair of any damage occasioned by such removal.
SATELLITE ANTENNAE. 26.1 Tenant shall have the right to install up to seven (7) satellite antennae, dish(es) and other communications equipment in accordance with the provisions of the License Agreement to Install Satellite Antennae attached hereto as Exhibit G.

SATELLITE ANTENNAE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, subject to relevant regulatory approvals and Landlord’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, to install one or more satellite or other antennae or related telecommunication and data facilities (collectively “Antennae”) on the roof of the Building(s) in a location reasonably satisfactory to both Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall not be charged any rent for roof space. Prior to submitting any plans to the City of Mountain View or proceeding with any installation of the Antennae, Tenant shall submit to Landlord elevations and specifications for the Antennae. Tenant shall install the Antennae at its sole expense and shall be responsible for any damage caused by the installation of the Antennae or related to the Antennae. At the end of the Term, Tenant shall remove the Antennae from its location and repair any damage caused by such removal. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to install telecommunication and data facilities on the roof of any Building that is leased in its entirety by Tenant.
SATELLITE ANTENNAE. Tenant shall have the right to install and maintain satellite antennae and/or other data communications devices and related wiring in or upon the Building in accordance with the Performance Specifications and in accordance with Landlord's roof warranty and proper roofing standards. Any relocation or replacement (with equipment of materially greater size) of such satellite antennae and/or communications devices-shall require Landlord's prior consent thereto. Tenant shall remove any satellite antennae and/or communication devices' so installed before the expiration of the Term or within 30 days following the sooner termination of this Lease and Tenant shall repair all damage caused by such removal. Tenant shall (i) obtain all permits and approvals necessary to install the satellite antennae and/or data communications devices from the applicable governmental authorities, (ii) install, operate and maintain the same in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and (iii) pay all costs (including taxes, fees and utility charges) in connection with such permits and approvals and the installation, operation and maintenance of such antennae and/or devices. Tenant shall defend, indemnify and save harmless Landlord, its agents and employees, from and against all costs for property damage arising solely out of Tenant's installation and/or maintenance of satellite antennae and/or devices on the roof of the Building.
SATELLITE ANTENNAE. During the Term of this Lease, Tenant shall have the right to continue to operate any existing satellite antennae (“Antennae”) on the roof of the Building in its current location(s), in accordance with all relevant regulatory approvals. In the event that Tenant desires to install new Antennae or move any Antennae, such work shall be considered “Alterations” for all purposes under this Lease, and the installation and removal thereof, and Landlord’s rights to consent with respect thereto, shall be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of this Lease, provided that such installation shall be subject to all relevant regulatory approvals and any new Antenna location shall be mutually approved by Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall not be charged additional rent for roof space. Tenant shall maintain and repair the Antennae at its sole cost and expense and shall be responsible for any damage caused by the installation of the Antennae or, except to the extent cause by the acts or omissions of Landlord, related to the Antennae.
