SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant agrees to provide, and the Client agrees to pay for, the following consulting services (collectively referred to as the "Services"): (a) advice and assistance with a large real estate transaction in Elko County, Nevada involving Royal Oasis Corporation; provided, however, that the Services are expressly agreed to exclude all legal advice, accounting services or other services which require licenses or certification. Moreover, the parties expressly agree that all such Services rendered or to be rendered by Consultant will not be connected with capital-raising, directly or indirectly promoting or maintaining a market for Client's securities, or performing a reverse merger with a publicly quoted "shell" company. All Services are to be provided on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed or retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").

SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant agrees to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to the Client obtaining a contract, with the Republican and/or Democratic party and/or individual candidates seeking political office, for the exclusive use by party or candidate of the "pay-per-call" telephone numbers 1 900 "REPUBLICAN" and 1 900 "DEMOCRAT". At the request of the Consultant, the Client will make itself available to meet with representatives of the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and to discuss with the representatives of the RNC and DNC any possible contractual arrangement between the Client and the RNC and DNC. The Client acknowledges that there is no assurance or guaranty that the Client will be able to enter into any contractual relationship with the RNC and/or the DNC as a result of the consulting services to be provided to the Consultant hereunder, nor has the Consultant made any representations or warranty to the Client regarding any such contractual arrangement. Consultant agrees to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to Political fund raising and introduction to political candidates. All Services are to be provided on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed or retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").

Phase 2. Additional Services shall include any or all of the remaining services identified in Exhibit A and as determined under Phase 1 and the Cost Recovery Agreement with the Applicant. Task 2: Completion of the Ongoing Plan Review for the Alhambra Highlands Grading and Improvement Plans Task 2 services consist of completion of the ongoing review of the Grading & Improvement Plans and supporting documentation for Subdivision 9257, Alhambra Highlands, submitted by the Richfield Real Estate Corporation (Owner/Applicant). The scope of services shall be as described in CONSULTANT’S proposal dated April 15, 2021 attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference. SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant has provided access to proprietary Patent Pending information concerning the ergonomic computer work station platform developed by PCE. The Consultant has access to information and will provide further information that will greatly assist the Client regarding the manufacture and distribution of the ergonomic computer “anti cubicle” chair in various foreign countries; China, South Korea and Singapore etc.. The Consultant will supply introductions to help develop world wide marketing and sales through the media and other potential clients already known to him. The Consultant agrees to perform for the Client further services and consulting related to the Client obtaining production of the work station in Asia and sales for the work station world wide. At the request of the Client, the Consultant will make himself available to meet with representatives of the Client. The Consultant will assist the Client in determining that PCE has developed an opportunity to expand the potential market for its product world wide. Consultants agree to assist the Client in the Clients attempts to gain exclusive markets for its product to computer gaming companies, computer manufacturers and other computer retailers. Client acknowledges that there is no assurance or guaranty that the Client will be able to enter into any Agreement with manufacturers chosen by the Consultant. The Consultants hereunder have not made any representations or warranty to the Client regarding any such contractual guarantees. Consultants agree to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to the Client reaching a manufacturing and sales organization on a “best efforts” basis through Consultant’s officers, or others employed, including any legal firms retained under the direction of Consultants (collectively “Consultant’s Personnel”).

SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant has provided geologic and geophysical consulting services since June 15, 2004 relating to the Alta Parana Block, a License xxxxxxxxxx of approximately 6.6 million acres from the Government of Paraguay for the purpose of the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in that region of Paraguay. The Consultant agrees to perform for the Client further geologic services and consulting related to the Client obtaining Farmout Agreement with Guarani Exploration and Development Corporation (Guarani), owners of the Alto Parana Block. At the request of the Client, the Consultant will make himself available to meet with representatives of the Client and Guarani to assist the Client in the analytical interpretation of all geophysical and geological reports provided by Guarani and all reports relating to the Alto Parana Block in Paraguay in possession of the Client and give an opinion as to the viability of entering into an agreement to explore for hydrocarbons in the said Alto Parana Block, Paraguay. The Consultant shall review any other information supplied by the Client or Guarani and deliver recommendations to the Client that will assist the Client in the decision making process of evaluating the possibility of the Client entering into a Farmout Agreement with the owners of the said Alto Parana Block. Client acknowledges that there is no assurance or guaranty that the Client will be able to enter into any Agreement to with Guarani as a result of the consulting services to be provided by the Consultant hereunder, nor has the Consultant made any representations or warranty to the Client regarding any such contractual guarantees. Consultant agrees to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to the Client reaching a Farmout Agreement on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed, including any legal firms retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").

SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. The services provided by Consultant shall include contract planning assistance, as stated in the proposal dated August 27, 2020, incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “A.”
