SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant agrees to provide, and the Client agrees to pay for, the following consulting services (collectively referred to as the "Services"): (a) advice and assistance with a large real estate transaction in Elko County, Nevada involving Royal Oasis Corporation; provided, however, that the Services are expressly agreed to exclude all legal advice, accounting services or other services which require licenses or certification. Moreover, the parties expressly agree that all such Services rendered or to be rendered by Consultant will not be connected with capital-raising, directly or indirectly promoting or maintaining a market for Client's securities, or performing a reverse merger with a publicly quoted "shell" company. All Services are to be provided on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed or retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").

Consultant agrees to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to Political fund raising and introduction to political candidates. All Services are to be provided on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed or retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").

SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant has provided geologic and geophysical consulting services since June 15, 2004 relating to the Alta Parana Block, a License xxxxxxxxxx of approximately 6.6 million acres from the Government of Paraguay for the purpose of the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in that region of Paraguay. The Consultant agrees to perform for the Client further geologic services and consulting related to the Client obtaining Farmout Agreement with Guarani Exploration and Development Corporation (Guarani), owners of the Alto Parana Block. At the request of the Client, the Consultant will make himself available to meet with representatives of the Client and Guarani to assist the Client in the analytical interpretation of all geophysical and geological reports provided by Guarani and all reports relating to the Alto Parana Block in Paraguay in possession of the Client and give an opinion as to the viability of entering into an agreement to explore for hydrocarbons in the said Alto Parana Block, Paraguay. The Consultant shall review any other information supplied by the Client or Guarani and deliver recommendations to the Client that will assist the Client in the decision making process of evaluating the possibility of the Client entering into a Farmout Agreement with the owners of the said Alto Parana Block. Client acknowledges that there is no assurance or guaranty that the Client will be able to enter into any Agreement to with Guarani as a result of the consulting services to be provided by the Consultant hereunder, nor has the Consultant made any representations or warranty to the Client regarding any such contractual guarantees. Consultant agrees to perform for the Client all services and consulting related to the Client reaching a Farmout Agreement on a "best efforts" basis through Consultant's officers, or others employed, including any legal firms retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively "Consultant's Personnel").
SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY CONSULTANT. Consultant agrees to provide, and the Client agrees to pay for, the following consulting services (collectively referred to as the “Services”): (a) assistance with public relations and introductions to third-party public relations service providers; (b) marketing for the Client’s tangible products; (c) providing a list of names identified as leads for potential accredited investors, to be contacted only by management; (d) training on networking, product presentation, and public speaking skills; (e) document design assistance for Client’s PPM document and related graphics; (f) best practices training in functioning as CEO of a public company; (g) training in investor relations functions and responsibilities; (h) advice on capital acquisition strategies; (i) business development; (j) developing a network marketing group in Pennsylvania for Client’s tangible products; (k) marketing advice and research in Pennsylvania; (l) soliciting new advertisers and new advertising representatives; (m) increasing brand awareness of the Client’s brand among business people; (n) research and background information on market development opportunities and leads. provided, however, that the Services are expressly agreed to exclude all legal advice, accounting services, stock brokerage services or other services requiring licenses or certification. All Services are to be provided on a “best efforts” basis through Consultant’s officers, or others employed or retained under the direction of Consultant (collectively “Consultant’s Personnel”). The foregoing services are intended to be primarily in the areas of substantive work for the Client’s core business and management group, not the sale of any securities, as governed by Rule 3a4-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
