Section 11.3. Clothing Allowance. 2 The District will provide large tools, power tools (i.e., router, saber saw, drill), small hand tools and 3 other protective garments, including but not limited to, aprons, goggles, welding helmets, rubber 4 gloves and coveralls for mechanics and assistant mechanics. The employee will utilize the District 5 provided clothing allowance for specific items directly related to job duties; (i.e., raingear, scrubs, 6 protective footwear, cold weather protective wear and school logo apparel, etc.) A clothing allowance 7 will be provided by the District for listed employee groups as follows: 9 Grounds/Building Maintenance, 10 (Electrician, Xxxxxxxxx, Maintenance Assistant, 11 Groundskeeper, Groundskeeper Assistant) $200.00 per year 12 13 Custodians/Mechanics/Assistant Mechanics/ 14 Warehouse/Bus Drivers $200.00 per year 15 16 Food Service/Para/Nurse/Bus Monitors/ 17 Secretaries and Technology $75.00 per year 18 19 The allowance will be reimbursed during the fiscal year but no later than the cut-off date for the 20 August payroll/accounts, upon presentation of receipts for expenses reasonably related to the need.

  • Moving Allowance (a) When an employee is displaced under the provisions of this Title because of lack of work at his/her headquarters, and the employee’s new headquarters is beyond commutable distance from his/her residence, Company shall reimburse the employee for the reasonable costs incurred in connection with moving his/her household in a sum not to exceed $2,400. (Amended 1-1-94)

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • CAR ALLOWANCE The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Housing Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a Cayman Islands housing allowance of US $6,000 per month. Executive will be responsible for any taxes due on such allowance.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance ‌ An employee who works two and one-half hours of overtime immediately before or following his/her scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal allowance of seven dollars. One-half hour with pay shall be allowed the employee in order that he/she may take a meal break either at or adjacent to his/her place of work.

  • LIVING AWAY FROM HOME ALLOWANCE 27.1 For the purpose of this Clause, a “distant project” is one where the location of the “on-site project work” is such that because of its distance or because of the travelling facilities available to and from the location, it is reasonably necessary for an employee to live and sleep at some place other than his/her usual place of residence.
