Security Officer Level 4. A Security Officer Level 4 is an employee who performs work above and beyond the skills of an employee at Level 3, to the level of such employee’s training. Indicative of the tasks an employee may be required to perform at this level include: (a) Monitor, record, input information or react to signals and instruments related to electronic surveillance of any kind within a central station. (b) Operate a keyboard to alter the parameters within an integrated intelligent building management and/or security system. (c) Co-ordinate, monitor or record the activities of Security Officers utilising a verbal and/or computer based data communication system within a central station. (d) Perform the duties of Security Officers at Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Security Officer Level 4. D. 4.1 A Security Officer Level 4 may be required to perform duties of Security Officers at Levels 1, 2 and 3 that are not designed to promote deskilling.

Security Officer Level 4. 1.4.1 A Security Officer Level 4 is an employee who holds a Certificate III in Security Operations or equivalent and is able to exercise the skills and possess the knowledge of the location where the employee is posted by the employer so as to enable the employee to perform work within the scope of this level. 1.4.2 A Security Officer Level 4 works above and beyond an employee at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3, and to the level of his /her skills, competence and training. 1.4.3 A Security Officer Level 4: 1.4.3.1 works individually or in a team environment under limited supervision which may not necessarily be at the site where the officer is posted; 1.4.3.2 assists in the provision of on-the-job training; 1.4.3.3 exercises discretion within the scope of this classification level; 1.4.3.4 exercises computer skills at a higher level than Level 3; and 1.4.3.5 exercises high level interpersonal and communications skills. 1.4.4 Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this level may be required to perform are the following; 1.4.4.1 monitoring, recording, inputting information or reacting to signals and instruments related to electronic surveillance of any kind within a central station or at a particular location; 1.4.4.2 keyboard operation to alter the parameters within an integrated intelligent building management and/or security system, including operating computer programs which have the ability to lock/unlock doors, program access cards, audit door access by individual as well as recording time and date of access; 1.4.4.3 the coordinating, monitoring or recording of the activities of Security Officers utilising a verbal or computer based communications system within a central station; and 1.4.4.4 may be required to perform the duties of Security Officers at Levels 1, 2 and 3.

  • OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION Pursuant to Section 6(b) and 6(c) of the Agreement, the undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project, or, in the case of a final disbursement request, the amount entered at Line V of this Appendix E. The undersigned further certify that:

  • Field Training Officer When a Public Safety Officer has been designated as a Field Training Officer for a new employee he/she will receive a five percent (5%) increase for all the hours they provide direct training/instruction.

  • CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. The undersigned further certify that:

  • Legal and Accounting Services The Company may obtain legal and accounting services to the extent reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Company's business.

  • Data Protection Officer 10.1 The Data Processor will appoint a Data Protection Officer where such appointment is required by Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

  • Chief Financial Officer Certificate The Company shall have furnished to the Representative a certificate, dated such Closing Date, of its Chief Financial Officer, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative.

  • Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate The Representatives shall have received on the date of this Agreement and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, a certificate of the chief financial officer of the Company in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto.

  • Certificate of Chief Financial Officer On the date of this Agreement and on the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives a certificate, dated the respective dates of delivery thereof and addressed to the Underwriters, of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, providing “management comfort” with respect to such information, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

  • President and Chief Executive Officer The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust, unless the Board of Trustees designates the chairman as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Trustees are carried into effect. The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.

  • Name; Location of Chief Executive Office Except as disclosed in the Schedule, Borrower has not done business under any name other than that specified on the signature page hereof. The chief executive office of Borrower is located at the address indicated in Section 10 hereof.
