d) The Developer Owners, Parcel Owners or the Representative if any, shall include the erosion and sediment control plan in the Development Agreement Compliance Permit application.
Sediment and Erosion Control. LCZ and its contractors and agents shall be responsible for installing and maintaining effective sediment and erosion control measures during construction on the Premises in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 28.01, “Regulations for Construction Site Discharges,” Chapter 2.05 of the Stormwater Drainage Design Standards, and the CITY’s Drainage Criteria Manual. Daily cleanup shall be required on the Premises. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) shall be submitted for review and approval in advance by the Public Works and Utilities Department Watershed Management Division.
Sediment and Erosion Control. Prior to the commencement of any site preparation or construction, the Owner shall have a qualified professional engineer prepare grading and drainage and stormwater management plans providing for sediment and erosion control measures, satisfactory to the Township and to the Conservation Authority, appropriate for site conditions in the Subdivision and in accordance with current best management practices.
Sediment and Erosion Control. All improvements required to control water erosion and sedimentation, as outlined by the current City of Loveland Storm Drainage Standards, shall be installed and functional prior to the start of construction. The Developer hereby agrees that it will require its subcontractors to comply with the City's construction inspectors by ceasing operations when winds are of sufficient velocity to create blowing dust, which, in the inspector's opinion, is hazardous to the public health and welfare.
Sediment and Erosion Control. The approved sediment and erosion control measures, including a stabilised all weather access point, must be in place prior to works commencing and maintained during construction and until the site is stabilised to ensure their effectiveness. For major works, these measures must be maintained for a minimum period of six months following the completion of all works.
Sediment and Erosion Control. The Buyer shall be responsible for complying with all sediment and erosion control measures required by Title 4, Subtitle 1 of the Environment Article of The Annotated Code of Maryland. To that end the Buyer must have filled out and returned to (DNR Representative) Attachment C "Standard Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for Forest Harvest Operations" (hereinafter referred to as "Sediment Plan") prior to commencing any harvest activities. Failure to do so will render this Agreement voidable. The Sediment Plan is hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement and compliance with it is required.
