Selection of Services. Before ordering and using the Services, the Client shall familiarize itself with all of the applicable Terms of Services (in particular, the Specific Terms of Service and the Third Party Product Terms of Use), and study all of the documentation, configuration, options and ranges of services available, in order to select Services and characteristics suited to the Client's needs and those of the third parties for whom or on whose behalf the Services will be used. In particular, the Client shall verify that the Services are suited to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the activities performed within the scope of the use of the Services. In order to obtain any additional information regarding the Services, the Client may contact OVHcloud Support as set out in article “OVHcloud Support” hereafter. The terms and characteristics of the Services shall be updated regularly. The Client is responsible to take note of these updates, particularly when placing new orders.

Selection of Services. The Clearinghouse shall provide the Institution with services (“Services”) set out in one or more Statements of Work (collectively the “SOWs”, each an “SOW”). The initial accepted SOW(s), as determined by Institution’s selection in Part Two shall be attached to this MSA and are hereby incorporated by reference. If the Clearinghouse should contact staff at your institution other than the contract signee to initiate your service, please provide his/her name and contact information in the corresponding SOW’s “Service Implementation Contact” section. The Clearinghouse may hereafter accept any new Order directly from a Unit. New Orders shall be in the form included in Exhibit A.
Selection of Services. Services shall be procured in accordance with applicable laws that apply to the source of funds that are supporting the services/project. The provision of Services under this Agreement shall be memorialized in a Project Administration Agreement and/or the issuance of task work orders, which shall outline the Services to be completed and the associated Service Fees (“Task Work Orders”). Task Work Orders shall become binding upon the Parties following execution by the Municipal Member and the Executive Director or his/her designee. All Services to be performed must comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, guidelines and procedures.
Selection of Services. (a) On or before September 15 of each calendar year, SCGroup shall deliver to the Company a list of (i) the services (other than Risk Management services) to be offered by SCGroup during the succeeding calendar year, (ii) the charges and performance standards associated with such services, and (iii) any additional or different terms and conditions applicable to such service offerings. Thereafter, on or before September 30, the Company shall notify SCGroup in writing of the services it wishes to purchase during the succeeding calendar year; provided that, if the Company fails to respond by such date, it shall be deemed to have selected the same Services purchased by such Company during the then current calendar year.
(b) With respect to Risk Management services, SCGroup shall deliver a description of such services offered for the fiscal year beginning each July 1, together with the terms, charges and performance standards for such services on or prior to June 1 of each year. On or before June 15, the Company shall notify SCGroup in writing whether the Company wishes to purchase Risk Management services from SCGroup; provided that if the Company fails to respond by June 15, the Company shall be deemed to have (i) purchased Risk Management services, if the Company purchased such services for the then current fiscal year or (ii) declined to purchase such services if the Company did not purchase such services for the then current fiscal year. After the Company selects or is deemed to have selected the Risk Management services for the succeeding fiscal year, the scope of such services may not be expanded, reduced or otherwise modified by the Company without the written consent of SCGroup.
(c) On or before November 30, SCGroup shall prepare a Schedule A describing the specific Services to be provided to the Company during the succeeding calendar year. SCGroup also shall revise Schedules B, C, D and E on or before that date to reflect the charges, performance standards and other terms and conditions applicable to such Services. After the Company selects or is deemed to have selected the Services to be provided during the succeeding calendar year, the scope of such Services may not be expanded, reduced or otherwise modified by the Company without the written consent of SCGroup.
Selection of Services. (a) Website Travel will provide the Services in accordance with the Terms of Use and on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

(c) The parties may at any time agree in writing to vary the Client's selected Services, upon any related variation to the Fee and upon any other related variation. In that case the relevant Terms of Use will be amended, or will be deemed amended, accordingly.
Selection of Services. Absent signing the Selection Agreement, enrolling on BMO's website (where available) (the "Platform") or the Client's first use of a Service indicates the Client's acknowledgement and agreement to these terms and conditions.
