Seniority List Protest. An employee shall be permitted a period of sixty (60) days after the issuance of the Seniority List within which to protest to the Union any omission or incorrect listing affecting his seniority. Where an employee is on vacation, leave of absence, or sick leave at the time of posting the Seniority List, he may protest within thirty (30) days of his return to work. If the Seniority List is not protested within the prescribed time limit, any incorrect listing or other discrepancy shall not be protested on any subsequent listing.

Seniority List Protest. A pilot shall be permitted a period of sixty (60) days after the issuance of the Seniority List within which to protest to the Union any omission or incorrect listing affecting their seniority. Where a pilot is on vacation, leave of absence, or sick leave at the time of posting the Seniority List, they may protest within thirty (30) days of their return to work. If the Seniority List is not protested within the prescribed time limit, any incorrect listing or other discrepancy shall not be protested on any subsequent listing.
Seniority List Protest. Each employee shall be permitted a period of fifteen (15) working days after receipt of such seniority list to protest in writing any alleged omission or incorrect listing to the Manager, Human Resources of the Employer, but such protests shall be confined to errors or changes occurring subsequent to the posting of a previous seniority list. In the event the employee does not file a written protest with the Employer within the time limits stipulated, the list shall be considered as accepted as regards that employee. However, when an employee is on vacation, leave of absence or sick leave, the employee may protest the alleged omission or incorrect listing within fifteen (15) working days of her return to work. If the employee's protest is not settled to the satisfaction of the parties to this Agreement and the employee affected, the matter shall be considered a grievance and shall be processed in accordance with the Grievance Procedure. The Employer shall provide the employee with a written acknowledgement of receipt of any protest within twenty (20) working days of receipt, and shall provide the employee with its written response to such protest within a further twenty (20) working days. Copies of all such letters shall be concurrently provided by the Employer to the Association.
