SENIORITY LISTS - ADDITIONAL. Additional revised lists will be furnished to the Union as required from time to time. The Union agrees not to request such lists more frequently than once each three (3) months except during the months of April through September when they will be supplied each month if requested. (a) In the event legislation governing lay-offs is implemented which overrides the Collective Agreement, an employee who is entitled to severance pay as a result of a lay-off may elect to take the severance pay at that time, or at any other time up to the end of the employee's recall rights. In the event the employee accepts such severance pay, the employee's seniority and recall rights shall be terminated. (b) Severance pay shall include pay in lieu of notice of lay-off.
