SAFETY AND HEALTH - RESPONSIBILITY. (a) The Company agrees that it is the responsibility of the Company to make adequate provision for the safety and health of the employees during the hours of their employment.

The Union and the employees agree to cooperate fully with the Employer on all matters of health and safety.

It is agreed that Part 2 of the BC Workers Compensation Act, and the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement.
