Seniority Review. Secondary/Elementary Teachers who apply for bonafide elementary/secondary teaching positions will have their seniority reviewed by the Joint Staffing Committee, upon request, for the purpose of making a recommendation to Human Resources regarding the allowance of maintaining seniority in the new panel.

Seniority Review. A vacancy may be for part of a year. In this case, the “Recall” staff member will return to the Recall List. Other staff will return to previous contractual entitlement, or to another position as agreed prior to transfer. Seniority Review. If an employee believes their seniority to be inaccurate, that employee should request a seniority audit from the National HR Service Center. If an employee disagrees with the audit, they may utilize the grievance procedure for recourse.

  • Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.
