Contract for Service. LABOUR HIRE 42.1 The Public Sector Management Act 1994 requires employers to comply with Approved Procedures established under the Act. 42.2 DPC will conduct a compliance review of Approved Procedure 5 - Approved Contracts for Services Procedures.‌ 42.3 The findings of the review will be provided to the Peak Consultative Forum. Employers found to be non compliant with Approved Procedure 5 as a result of the review will be directed to comply with the Procedure. 42.4 The parties agree to consult through the Peak Consultative Forum on any changes proposed to Approved Procedure 5 - Approved Contracts for Services Procedures.

Contract for Service. (A) As a condition precedent to the Authority supplying electric service under the Authority's Large Light and Power Rate Schedule L-96 and/or any and all riders thereto (collectively, "Schedule L"), to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached and made a part of, the Customer shall execute a Service Agreement in the form hereinafter provided as Exhibit I hereto. (C) Nothing contained in any and all parts of Schedule L, the Service Agreement, and these General Terms and Conditions, shall be construed as affecting in any way the right of the Authority to make changes to any and all parts of such documents as provided by law. (D) A separate Delivery Point Specification Sheet, in the form hereinafter provided as Exhibit II hereto, shall be prepared and executed by the Authority and the Customer for each Delivery Point at which the Customer is to receive service. Each such Delivery Point Specification Sheet, shall be deemed to be attached to, and made a part of, the Service Agreement between the Customer and the Authority. (E) As used herein, "Delivery Point" refers to the point or points at which the electrical conductors (including bus bars) of the Authority are connected to the electrical conductors of the Customer or, in the case of service hereunder to a municipal or cooperative wholesale Customer of the Authority, to the conductors of that Customer or a retail customer of wholesale Customer. The Authority shall normally provide one three-phase service at a single voltage at each Delivery Point. Separate supplies for the same Customer at different locations and/or at different voltages shall be considered separate Delivery Points. Multiple Delivery Points shall be separately metered and billed.

Marketing of service, such as digital and print promotional materials, social media, events f. Ability to gather user feedback and customer satisfaction data g. Provision and maintenance of necessary software, hardware, equipment or other changes to the service area necessary for safe operation h. Provision of data plans and Network Real Time Kinematic (NRTK) positioning subscription, if applicable i. Route Mapping j. Minimum of three (3), climate-controlled vehicles seating four to six passengers each k. Smartphone app available for users within first six months of service l. Provide AV service at all special events in the Entertainment District m. Provide day to day AV service as deemed desirable when special events are not taking place in the Entertainment District n. Provide one demonstration event on or around the University of Texas at Arlington campus 5. Provide fiscal and grant administration to ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200; including processing reimbursement requests to the selected vendor(s). DRAFT 6. Review project progress, prepare monthly progress reports, and prepare reimbursement requests including back-up documentation for submittal to the State to demonstrate progress toward accomplishing the project goal. 7. Conduct a before-and-after study to determine actual project impacts on air quality as measured by emissions reduced, including immediate impact and long-term benefits. 8. Contract for Service. Customer requests for electric service of the character and type provided by Cooperative are granted within the limitations of the applicable rate schedule for electric service, the availability of Cooperative facilities, the characteristics of Customer's electrical load and these Service Rules and Regulations. Cooperative may require special contractual arrangements, which may include additional charges under this tariff, prior to Cooperative's providing electric service if the electric service requested by Customer is not available at the service location or is other than that which Cooperative usually provides. The grant of an application shall operate as an acceptance of Applicant's offer to purchase electric service. Any Customer taking electric service from Cooperative, in consideration of the Cooperative's supplying electric service and regardless whether or not such Customer has made application for such electric service, is bound by these Service Regulations and is liable to Cooperative for payment for such electric service under the applicable rate schedule.
