Service Level Monitoring and ReportingMonitoring and reporting Services are the activities associated with monitoring and reporting of service delivery with respect to SLRs. In addition, ACS shall report system management information (e.g., performance metrics, and system accounting information) to the designated Symetra representatives in a format agreed to by Symetra. Service Level Monitoring and Reporting. Service Level monitoring and reporting Services are those Functions associated with monitoring of IT delivery and support services to assess how Services are being delivered with respect to Service Levels. Supplier shall report system management information (e.g., performance metrics, and system accounting information) to the designated Health Net representative in a format agreed to by Health Net. Supplier shall perform the Service Level monitoring and reporting Services, including those Functions listed in the roles and responsibilities table below, except for those Functions that are expressly identified as retained Health Net responsibilities in the roles and responsibilities table below. 1.   • Monitoring and Reporting The Programme Operator shall monitor, record and report on progress towards the programme’s outcomes in accordance with the provisions contained in the legal framework. The Programme Operator shall ensure that suitable and sufficient monitoring and reporting arrangements are made with the project promoters in order to enable the Programme Operator and the National Focal Point to meet its obligations to the Donors. When reporting on progress achieved in Annual and Final Programme Reports, the Programme Operator shall disaggregate results achieved as appropriate and in accordance with instructions received from the FMO.

The United States shall have the right to verify compliance with this Agreement and the ADA, both as set forth in this Agreement and through any means available to the general public, including visits to the public areas of the Restaurant and communications with Restaurant staff. The United States shall have the right to inspect the facility at any time, and counsel for the United States need not identify themselves in the course of visits to the public areas.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
