Service Team. An important benefit of your Service Agreement derives from having the trained service personnel of Siemens Industry, Inc. familiar with your building systems. Our implementation team of local experts provides thorough, reliable service and scheduling for the support of your system. The following list outlines the service team that will be assigned to the service agreement for your facility. Service Team. (1) Party B shall, as required by Party A, appoint Xxxx Xxx(Chinese name: Xxx Xxx, certificate number: [XXX] hereinafter referred to as “Xxxx”), as the team leader, shall provide Party A with the services stipulated in Article 2 hereof (that is, the responsibilities and services of Co-CFO and Chief Accounting Officer). Xxxx shall be responsible for unified management and leadership of Party B’s management team, and shall act as the liaison person to connect and communicate with Party A and relevant staff and responsible personnel of Party A’s group companies. Within 3-6 months after the effective date of this Agreement, Xxxx shall work with Party A’s financial personnel at the office space designated by Party A and during office hours for at least 20-30 hours per week. Six months after the project began, the construction of the company’s financial structure foundation was basically completed, and the collection and processing of financial and business data and the preparation of financial reports were stably carried out. Xxxx’s on-site working hours were flexibly arranged after communicating with Party A, and Xxxx ensured 10-20 hours of on-site working hours per week as far as possible. When Xxxx is not working on site, it shall ensure that it can be reached and reply Party A’s questions and work requirements in time according to Party A’s requirements. The service content of Xxxx himself shall be consistent with the provisions of Article 2 of this contract.

Service Team. The City is required to designate authorized treating physicians pursuant to §8-43-404(5)(a)(I)(A), C.R.S. The City Director of Risk Management will designate in writing the current COSH physicians as authorized treating physicians to the Medical Director at COSH by January 1, 2019. The authorized treating physicians will continue in that status until a claim is closed or a change in the authorized treating physicians is communicated to COSH by the Director of Risk Management. Physicians not designated as authorized treating physicians will not see, treat, or provide services to injured workers of the City. If a designated COSH provider exhibits a pattern of unprofessional behavior or one that is inconsistent with existing standards of medical care, then a plan of action and/or remediation for that provider will be mutually agreed upon and executed by the COSH Medical Director and the Director of Risk Management.
