Plan of Action. The objectives of the wildlife damage management program will be accomplished in the following manner.

Plan of Action. The parties agree to increase the number of job profiles in consultation with the Education and Training Service Centre (FA), where job skill criteria are analysed using skill analysis, assessment lists are developed for the jobs and subsequently skills are confirmed through the issuance of professional certification. The parties agree on the preparation of promotional material and guidance for companies and employees on the new skills based pay scheme. The parties work jointly on the preparation of the promotional material in collaboration with the Education and Training Service Centre. If an employee's terms and conditions, comprehensively assessed, are lesser than the minimum terms and conditions according to the collective agreement, their demand for correction, if it occurs during the period of employment or within 6 months after the termination of employment, shall not lapse due to negative prescription, but lapse according to the general rules.
Plan of Action. 1. The Governments expect that the Joint Forum will develop a Plan of Action; review and assess cooperative environmental activities undertaken pursuant to the Plan of Action; recommend ways to improve cooperation; and undertake such other activities as the Governments may deem to be appropriate. In the Plan of Action, the Joint Forum should identify priority projects for environmental cooperation guided by the subject areas set forth in the Annex to this Memorandum. Recognizing that the Governments may identify new cooperative priorities in the light of changing circumstances, the Joint Forum may update the Plan of Action as appropriate.
2. The Governments may cooperate on environmental matters by:
a. Facilitating exchanges of professionals, technicians, and specialists, including study visits, to promote the development of environmental policies and standards;
b. Organizing joint conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings, training sessions and outreach and education programs;
c. Supporting collaborative projects and demonstrations, including joint research projects, studies and reports;
d. Facilitating linkages among representatives of academia, industry, and government to promote the exchange of best practices and environmental information and data likely to be of interest to the two Governments;
e. Sharing information on national environmental programs; and
f. Engaging in such other activities as the two Governments consider appropriate.
3. Each Government intends to name a Principal Coordinator to serve as an overall point of contact regarding the activities of the Joint Forum and implementation of the Plan of Action.
4. The Governments intend to work together to monitor and report on the environmental outcomes of their cooperative activities.
Plan of Action. 1. The programme involves, of necessity, a number of government and non-government organizations, and some degree of co-ordination is essential. Nevertheless, every effort will be made to preserve the local autonomy of the co-operating institutions and to give scope for local initiative. A co-ordinating committee has been set up under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the National Science Development Board, with the Chief of the Division of Development and Assistance, NSDB as secretary. This committee includes representatives from:

d. Notre Dame Educational Association
