Services and Scope. 4.1 Service to be Provided by Terminal Operator (a) On and from the Service Commencement Date and through the end of Term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Terminal Operator shall, using the Terminal and acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator, make available the Service to Terminal User. (b) Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict Terminal User from obtaining the Service under a Spot Cargo Agreement pursuant to the Terminal Access Code.

Services and Scope. This Agreement sets forth general provisions under which the Company will provide services to the Institution pursuant to Order Forms and all terms and conditions, attachments (each, an “Attachment”) hereto, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference (each, a “Service”, collectively, the “Services”). The Client shall appoint a Designated Representative identified on the cover sheet who will be in charge of the project for the Client and have authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the Client. Solutions II shall report to the Designated Representative. All notices regarding changes in the project, revisions to the Statement(s) of Work, or otherwise related to this Agreement shall be delivered to the Designated Representative. 3. Client is responsible for ensuring its compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements that are applicable to its business. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to obtain advice of competent legal counsel as to the identification and interpretation of any relevant laws and regulatory requirements that may affect the Client’s business and any actions the Client may need to take to comply with such laws. Solutions II does not provide legal advice or represent or warrant and expressly disclaims any warranty that its Consulting Services or products will ensure that the Client is in compliance with any law or regulation. Solutions II is not responsible for the Client’s legal and regulatory compliance.

Services and Scope. 2.1 Services to be Provided by SABINE (a) reasonable access to a berth for LNG Vessels at the Sabine Pass Facility; (b) the unloading and receipt of LNG from LNG Vessels at the LNG Transfer Point, or the loading and delivery of LNG to LNG Vessels at the LNG Transfer Point; (c) the receipt of LNG at the LNG Receipt Point; (d) storage of Customer’s Inventory; (e) the regasifying of LNG; (f) the transportation and delivery of such Regasified LNG to the Gas Delivery Point (it being acknowledged that SABINE may, at its option, cause Gas to be redelivered to Customer at the Gas Delivery Point from sources other than Regasified LNG); (g) the conversion of Gas into power for the Liquefaction Facility as further provided in Section 3.1(b)(vii); and (h) other activities directly related to performance by SABINE of the foregoing, including metering, custody transfer and reporting.
Services and Scope. 2.1. The GOBP GO-Franchise shall provide the Company the agreed Services on the terms and conditions mentioned hereunder. 2.2. The GOBP GO-Franchise shall spread awareness and correct information about the Company products amongst his/hers/their sphere of influence and use the company designated platform (website and/or app) to onboard Customers for the Company. 2.3. The Company shall then carry out the sale of Company products to such Customers. The GOBP GO-Franchise shall not, himself/herself/itself carry out sale of Company products or any other medical, pharmaceutical or any other allied products. 2.4. The Services that are to be provided to the Company are further elaborated in the Annexure I- Services, attached to this agreement. 2.5. The Parties agree that the Services shall be provided till the end of the Term, in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the Annexure executed hereunder. All Services shall be performed as describes in the agreement and the Annexure and in a timely and professional manner consistent with industry best practices and highest professional and ethical standards.
