Services            on             Holidays. XXXX TECH PVT LTD may decline to provide any service on National Holidays, Public Holidays, Government Holidays without any obligation to any customer or user. XXXX TECH PVT LTD Customers are requested to report/inform us immediately of any misconduct or unsatisfied behavior of any of our (XXXX TECH PVT LTD's) Service Provider so that XXXX TECH PVT LTD can take action for improvement. However, if the misconduct is falling in the category of breach of the law, then XXXX TECH PVT LTD' customers may wish to deal with that as per the applicable laws directly with the XXXX TECH PVT LTD Service Provider, and XXXX TECH PVT LTD will not be responsible in such case. Also, in case any criminal act is committed by the XXXX TECH PVT LTD Service Provider while providing Services, the XXXX TECH PVT LTD customer, at its own will can take direct action under the laws of the country and keep us informed on full details of the same. XXXX TECH PVT LTD will not be a party to any such action. RELEASE If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. In entering into this release, you expressly waive any protections (whether statutory or otherwise) that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release to include only those claims, which you may know or suspect to exist in your favor at the time of agreeing to this release. XXXX TECH PVT LTD expressly disclaims any liability beyond service contract value that may arise between Users of its Service While using the ‘Rent Pay’ Service, to communicate changes/cancellation via e-mail/Whatsapp, please ensure that the tenant's registered e-mail ID/contact number are only used. This helps us validate any request pertaining to the registration. Any communication through an alternate e-mail ID shall not be considered as valid, and XXXX TECH PVT LTD shall not be liable for any inconvenience as a result.

  • Work on Holidays An employee who is required to work, or works with prior approval, any part of a holiday shall receive holiday compensatory time for up to eight (8) hours, on an hour for hour basis, for the actual non-overtime hours worked in addition to their regular rate of pay. An employee who works overtime on a holiday shall be compensated in accordance with all applicable pay and overtime provisions. An employee must use holiday compensatory time within one (1) year after having accrued that time.

  • Weekend Holidays 9.3.1. A full-time employee who works a Monday through Friday schedule and the calendar holiday falls on a Saturday, the employee shall be allowed the preceding day off. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the employee shall be allowed the following day off. If the employee works the day preceding or following such a holiday, he/she shall be given another workday off with pay or shall receive payment for that day at the regular rate.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Vacation/Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.

  • HOLIDAYS The following days are observed as holidays by state agencies in accordance with section 110.117, F.S.: • New Year’s Day • Birthday of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx., third Monday in January • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Veterans’ Day, November 11 • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • Christmas Day If any of these holidays falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday. If any of these holidays falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday.   • GENERAL HOLIDAYS 13.01 The following days shall be recognized and considered as paid general holidays: New Year's Day Labour Day Xxxxx Xxxx Day Thanksgiving Day Good Friday Remembrance Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Canada Day Boxing Day Xxxxx Xxx Day and any other day or portion of a day designated as a paid holiday by the Civic, Provincial or Federal Government.

  • Public Holidays 11.1 The following days are public holidays: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and any other gazetted public holidays in the relevant state or territory in which the work is being performed, other than:

  • Worked Holidays Employees who are required to work on the above-named holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their base rate for all hours worked on such holiday, plus shift differential if applicable, unless the employee starts to work at 10:00 P.M., or thereafter on that day.

  • HOLIDAYS AND OVERTIME 4.11 All work performed outside of the regular scheduled working hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day (California only), Presidents Day (Nevada only), Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day (California only), Nevada Day (Nevada only), Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, and Christmas Day, or days celebrated as such, shall be paid for at double the regular straight-time rate of pay.   • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to three (3) weeks' paid vacation each calendar year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time. The Executive will also be entitled to the paid holidays and other paid leave set forth in the Employer's policies. Vacation days during any calendar year that are not used by the Executive during such calendar year may be used in any subsequent calendar year; provided, however, that no more than six weeks' paid vacation may be accrued or carried forward.
